Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Airport

The room is decent and clean. The toilet did not flush properly no matter what which was annoying. The front desk was very nice. The area wasn’t too great there was a lot of homeless people walking back and forth outside.

Great staff throughout. Clean and safe hotel and a good night's sleep. For purchase dining options with seating. Super clean. We used park and fly, great shuttle service!

The Hotel is Clean, Safe, Well Managed and 5 minutes from Airport with no Jet Noise. The Staff is Fantastic!!!! Shanequa, Natalie, MR G, Dejah and Bernard made us feel right at home. Thank you to all the Staff and we will be back every time we visit Richmond.

If you need to catch a really early flight and you're stuck staying near the airport this is definitely one of the nicer airport hotels as far as price point . The rooms particularly the bathrooms can use a little spruce up but other than that not bad

The airport shuttle is great! Drop off AND pick up. The rooms are clean, the staff is so friendly and the hotel is close to food and convenience stores

Older hotel however it's clean, neat and quiet. The staff was nice and when I had a minor issue with my blind she took care of it by switching my room.

I was impressed with how clean the entire property was. From the lobby and bar area, to the hallways, and especially my room - it all was very clean. The modern decor was really nice too. The front desk staff was working so hard to manage multiple guest requests and needs at once, and they kept their cool and professionalism despite the challenges. They both were friendly and helpful. What a nice touch to offer the lemonade to guests, and I appreciated the comfortable loungers in the business area where I could relax and watch TV while my daughter took a nap in our room. We chose this hotel since it offers 24 hr airport shuttle service, and the driver went above and beyond to help us very early on our departure morning. He was really great, just like all of the employees we met. I enjoyed my short stay at this property and will definitely return if I'm in Richmond again!

Best sleep better than my house. Free airport shuttle. Dorey park is 3.5 miles away. The bistro inside serves burger, breakfast, happy hour. See The Main Man, May Washington. If you're lucky, he'll sing for you.

This was the very best Hotel experience that I have had in a very long time. Flying out to my new job with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, my flight was leaving first thing in the morning. The staff reassured me that transportation to the airport is available anytime during the day or night. With needing to be at the airport at 4:00AM, this was beyond the best experience! There are places to eat nearby within walking distance and plenty of things to do in the hotel. The housekeeping does an amazing job and the front desk staff as well! Best hotel staff and experience I have had in a very long time. Thank you so much for a short and relaxing stay at Marriott. Front desk was beyond excellent even when needing Airport Transportation at 4:00AM. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience that you have made! From now on, I know to stick with this hotel when flying out of Richmond.

This is the BEST hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff was exceptional! Every single person I encountered was friendly and helpful. And it was evident that they thoroughly enjoyed working with each other. The rooms were will appointed, comfortable and clean. It was great having the free shuttle available to go dinner at a nearby restaurant and to go to the airport. I can't say enough good things. Thank you so much!

Excellent hotel. The man that helped me at the front desk was very professional, and the man who helped me check out in the morning was also very professional. The location is top notch, especially if you have an early morning flight out of RIC. The rooms are fantastic. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

I’ve stayed here a couple times with my family. The hotel is clean and staff are welcoming. Ms.Jeanna helped me book my stay and also promptly brought my family up some fresh towels upon request. We will stay again.

This place looks humble on the outside, but is very nice on the inside. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. The most notable part of my stay was interacting with the bistro staff. They were so personable, and fun that I'd pick this hotel over a comparable place just because of them. Great job guys!

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel! My room was HUGE, very spacious and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Great amenities and aesthetics as well! Really enjoyed my stay!

Pre-flight stay
We stayed here for one night to make an early morning flight. This was our 2nd time staying here before a flight. Room was clean and exactly what we needed. We also loved that they had onsite parking available for guests and access to a 24 hour shuttle. On our late night return, Mr. G picked us up promptly and got us back to our car. He was super friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to not only load our bags in the shuttle but also assisted with loading them into our vehicle. He also gave advice about a leaky window that we returned home to. Overall, great experience with the hotel and services! We look forward to staying here agains!

Ashley and the staff truly made my partners birthday a little extra special! Ashley wished my partner a happy birthday and offered to get him a slice of cake for his birthday. When they came back over ashley led the team in singing happy birthday in the middle of the lobby to my partner. They were friendly and attentive at check in! When we got up to the room it was clean, well stocked, and a nice room for us to relax in before our very early flight the next day! Next time I need a place to stay near the airport this will be my pick! If I could give them more than five stars I would because this team blows hospitality out of the water! Thank you so much!

There was an issue with my credit card, but Shaun handled it so gracefully that I wasn't embarrassed. They had a shuttle to the airport and had a coffee shop in the lobby. The room was very clean, quiet, and gorgeous, too.

This hotel staff was absolutely AMAZING! They sales team was AWESOME! Ashley and Meghan!
I stayed with them for my wedding and had a block of rooms. They went above and beyond to ensure my guest and I were comfortable and taken care of!
The team even decorated the bride and groom suites! It’s the little things! And better yet they mailed a card home the following week congratulating us on our wedding!!!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Clean friendly staff, well updated rooms very nice hotel especially if you are going through the Richmond airport as it is right down the road from the airport drive.
