Paloma Taco and Tequila

Amazing food! My husband and I came soon as they opened up on a Tuesday. You can tell the place is pretty popular and can get packed quickly because 30 mins later people start rolling in.

I had the classic margarita which was very good. I had the spicy chicken taco pocket and my husband, the beef it was very good and filling. We could have easily split it! Highly recommend coming here

I have wanted to try Paloma for a while now, and finally got the chance to stop in! For a weekday night, it was busy! We waited about 20 minutes for a seat at the bar area, but we did get served drinks while we waited. We got their margarita to start while we waited.

The staff was all very friendly and attentive and the inside is well decorated and welcoming. Though, when it is colder out, I do wish the waiting area was a little bigger.

After getting seated at the bar we ordered chips, salsa, and queso and they were gone in a blink of an eye. We also ordered the house infusion margarita, pineapple jalapeno, yum! It was the perfect spicy margarita and paired well with our entrees. We enjoyed the Paloma Taco Pocket, Spicy Chicken Taco, and the Gringo All the Way! Taco. The flavors were amazing and we will definitely be back for more!

Generous portions, full of flavor! Everything we tried was excellent. Would highly recommend. We sat at the bar.

Went with tacos, a smothered burrito, elotes, and loaded frites. Everything was delicious and the portions were pretty big!

Space a small, but a lot of outdoor seating.

Paloma Taco and Tequila is a small restaurant with surprisingly good food considering the location. The bartender was friendly and the waitress was somewhat friendly after warming up. We did feel at times we waited longer than we should have for drinks for both alcohol and waters. We went late afternoon and it wasn’t too busy. We ordered a lot of food and wanted to try everything as it was our first time. The Fat Elvis was so good we ordered one and had to order a second one because of how good it was. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Stumbled in accidentally when our original destination was closed for Mother’s Day. Our entire group agreed, the food was excellent and the service and atmosphere were excellent as well. It was clean, warm and welcoming. Prices were reasonable! I highly recommend this restaurant!!

Delicious pork paloma poutine! Chips and queso were fantastic too. Burrito is massive and tasty too. You're gonna wait, especially on a weekend.

Great place for authentic Mexican dishes. Small simple food menu, amazing drink menu. I recommend the street corn and avocado quesadilla with spicy chicken and the spicy Mexican old fashioned. So very good, will definitely be back…thanks Cheyenne for a great experience!!!

We had a great time with a group of friends. Seating is limited, so plan accordingly to wait for a large group. The food was great. The place had a good vibe and energy to it. When it's nicer outside, I'll come back and try and sit outside. Plus, I heard they are opening another location.

Paloma is not only my favorite Mexican restaurant in Milwaukee, it also has incredible value for the food itself. The service is awesome. If there is a wait, which there most certainly will be because of good the food is, the hostess will offer you a drink to enjoy. The atmosphere is fantastic. It's not like all the new Mexican restaurants in Milwaukee where you can tell they just throw everything on top of a tortilla that has been made for the last 3 hours. Everything is authentic and made to order. I love Paloma and can't wait for their new location in Bay View to open as well.

We got great seats at the bar. The kitchen staff was working hard cranking out orders despite a full inside, outside and a line at the pick up window. The wait was long for our food but totally worth it and we will be back soon. One cook walked out they we so busy but the rest did awesome picking up the slack.

I forgot to take a picture of the chips but wow they are SO good! They're perfectly crispy and the salsa was some of the best I've had at a restaurant. We had the smothered burrito and the Paloma taco pocket. Both amazing! The taco pocket is basically an elevated crunch wrap supreme and SO good. The paloma drinks were also good. Will definitely be back to try the tacos!

Also the inside seating is small, it's a bar and a few tables. Otherwise there's lots of outdoor seating.

Came here on a weekday night, for a girls night. We had awesome service. They have outdoor and indoor seating. I personally couldn’t choose which tacos I wanted and ended up getting 4, definitely a ton of food! 2-3 tacos would have been plenty but they were all so good! I love the unique selection of the menu (both food and drink), highly recommend trying things out of your comfort zone!

Nice little taco spot in Tosa. Very active and busy restaurant. Great service and food. I really like the carne asada tacos and the Cajun shrimp tacos. Definitely worth a visit.

Great local stop for a quick bite and refreshing drink. Great outdoor space!

In response to the other reviews stating slow service, I believe that is strongly effected by the time of visit. This place is popular, even off hours are nearly a full house. In Paloma’s defense they had only one waitress covering all of the outdoor seating at our visit (7 tables with the smallest group being of 5, largest of 12). She was WORKIN! Props. Knowing the hustle of the waitress, I am completely fine waiting a bit for a drink.

Food is good, hits the spot on a summer afternoon. Spicy old fashion was great too!

I wanna keep this review short and sweet, because the longer I stare at the tacos the more I want them. This. Place. Is. Bomb. The steak tacos with the crunchy queso shell is a hit! The meat is seasoned perfectly and the shell is crunchy yet still has a soft touch. The dips and homemade sauce are absolutely delicious…..Okay, I’m on my way to get taco!!!!!!!

Food is delicious, definitely get the taco pocket (which is basically a homemade crunch wrap supreme) or the quesadilla. I also recommend the bean and queso dip with hot chips. We sat at the bar and had excellent service, were checked on frequently and every one working was very friendly. Atmosphere is cozy, colorful and stylish. Lots of unique drink options as well. Would highly recommend!

You won't be disappointed!!! I promise you! The food is fantastic and the employees are very professional and kind!!!

This is my favorite place to grab Mexican food in the area. I particularly like the taco pocket, or the queso crunch taco (definitely not getting the names right). The food is always great, and I enjoy the atmosphere. There's not a lot of seating, particularly when the weather isn't conducive to outdoor seating, so I would suggest a maximum group size of 4. You may want to go somewhere else if you have a large group.

Stopped in for my first time. I’m ashamed I didn’t know about it until now. Margaritas were solid! Food was amazing the fries were stupid good. A must for that night you’re looking for heart warming food
