Advanced Animal Hospital - WI

I cannot recommend the staff and doctors at WVRC highly enough! They are so kind and so thorough. Dr. Greco is by far the kindest, most knowledgeable, most contentious doctor of any kind that I have ever met. She took the time to explain all of the options for my dog's surgery as well as to explain the procedure itself. She called me personally after Hazel was out of surgery to let me know how everything went. She knew that an infection my dog had was not the deadly bacteria that the previous animal hospital said it was. She put us at ease which was difficult because we were all recovering from a dog attack and other issues associated with Hazel's treatment. Dr. Greco healed my dog and I know that without her intervention, our dog would not have made it. We will forever be grateful to her for her kindness and her healing touch. I recommend WVRC without reservation as the entire staff is highly professional and compassionate. Your dog or cat will get great care here. Pic of the adorable bandage Dr. Greco made for Hazel. The staff was awesome, friendly and professional from start to finish. They were quick but still provided quality time with us and answered all my questions. We never felt rushed. Our visit was for urgent care (for a broken dew claw nail). Not life threatening but they still provided empathic quality care. This was our first time there and they treated us like we were regular patients. I think I might be switching my regular vet to Advanced Animal Hospital.

First time at the Hospital made appointment but was told to come in early if I would like. As soon as we got there they treated our Standard Poodle who broke off one of his nails on his paw. Very nice staff.

Great spot for routine care and of course in emergencies. We use Advanced Animal Hospital for our regular care for our 11 year old dog. The whole team from reception to vet team are all awesome to work with. Everyone always has a smile and is happy to see your furry family members! We recently were in and had a check up with Dr. Dzika. He was very informative and transparent about future care. With our dog being older, we've got a teeth cleaning in our future. We were able to talk about what to expect from start to finish, including price ranges. Loves the open conversion.

Also, they do an awesome nail trim. 🙂

We started bringing our dog to AAH about six months ago and have had been very happy with them. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to our concerns and questions without rushing through things. It's also been easy to get an appointment through their online booking site without having to wait too long.

Very kind and caring staff. They listen to you. Front staff is awesome very nice. Love the fact that they are open until 7p and Sundays. Because we all know emergency usually happen after normal business hours. You can tell they all enjoy working there

I have been a client of Advanced Animal Hospital for over 25 years. It's always easy to get an appointment and I always get great service from the veterinarians. They are knowledgeable without being pushy when it comes to prescriptions or products and they're always available to talk to. I find this clinic to be one of the best priced as well

We adopted a 7 yr old cat from the local humane society. He immediately had a cough and was sneezing. Our vet was unable to see him due to staffing shortages. I called Advanced Animal Hospital per our regular vet and they were friendly and able to see our new pet. Appointment was great. Staff members were friendly

The staff at Advanced are amazing. Anytime I have called for an appointment they always find a way to fit me in. If I am waiting for test results for either one of my dogs the Vet calls personally to discuss the results and talk about options and to set up a game plan for my dogs. They are really personable and understanding. That's why I love Advanced Animal Hospital.

Everybody here was so understanding and comforting during my pet emergency. Solemar was especially awesome. She went above and beyond to give me updates and to monitor my fur baby. I am so very grateful.

The techs here are always super helpful. If it is a short notice appointment, it can get expensive. The process of going has always been very fast each time I go in. The vets are always very helpful and informative!

I have brought multiple dogs to this location in the past but it had been a few years since I last went here. So glad I revisited with my latest furbaby! Its even better than before, love their service and staff!

Great clinic, I unfortunately noticed Tony dropping weight and drinking alot of water. We did the test...Diabetes. :( But we have changed his diet and he is coming around! We call from the car in the clinics lot and get us right into a room. Great staff!

Great service very friendly and went above and beyond to make me and my dog comfortable during the hardest times of our life. Answered all of my questions didn't feel rushed or like they were trying to make extra money. They didn't try to upsell plus they are open sundays.

If you are looking for a new vet clinic, I highly recommend Advanced Animal Hospital. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Love the app feature for scheduling appointments and keeping track of records. I appreciate their patience with my selective lil rescue boy.

While not a happy ending, I will say I had a good experience here. We have been bringing our dog Chica here since we got her a couple years back. She was a senior dog and had some lingering health issues which all kind of came to a head this past Thursday. We were faced with the decision no one wants to make with their fur babies and we had to let her be at peace. They were compassionate and let us take as much time as we needed to make our decisions. In the end, it was a comfortable experience for everyone and our fur baby. If/when we get a new pet, we will certainly bring them here if we need vet services.

We are so very grateful for the availability and support from Dr. Andrea Schnuelle. Our normal veterinarian is not available on Sundays and the virtual veterinarian hotline urged us to ensure testing and treatment was done urgently. Dr. Andrea and Alex answered all of our questions and helped us better understand what was going on. Thanks to their immediate availability, this weekend, our cat will make a full recovery and we are very much grateful.

We have been taking both of our dogs to Advanced for several years now. The doctors and staff are all very competent and caring, and are even starting to feel a bit like family. I’m a lawyer and my girlfriend is an engineer. Both of us have been super-impressed with the excellent processes and technology in place to document the care and billing. Vet care is expensive, so it really helps to have detailed quotes, to have our options clearly communicated to us, and for the final bill to be right in line with the quote. All of this adds up to trust. Our dogs mean the world to us, so it’s really nice to know they’re in good hands when they need to visit Advanced.
