Kohl's

I went in to Kohls and was having trouble understanding how the coupons with the percent off works. So I went to get and associate to help me with that. I found an associate, his name was Joe, he was excellent with helping me and he made sure that I understood what was able to be used and what wasn't able to be used on the coupons. I proceed with my shopping, I get to the checkout line and interacted with the cashier and they were wonderful as well. Kaylee was the cashier name and they assisted me with my sale and got me right on my way. I just want to say Thank You to the both of them because they were kind and helpful.

I forgot my glasses & Lucy a store clerk was near. I asked if she could help me. Without hesitation Lucy guided me to boy's pjs section. I let Lucy know what 3 sizes I needed. In addition to helping me select Lucy used her price check machine to help get the best price for all 3 boy's pjs. After I was finished she asked what door I entered & suggested it would be faster to go to checkout rather than customer service closer to my exit door. KUDOS to Lucy! 😍. I was greatful for 100% excellence. Lucy was kind, compassionate & patient!

Nice visit to Kohls. Staff was friendly and said hello. Cashier was helpful... She even had to look up a missing tag. Manager also stopped by to help explain a discount. Leslie and Cheryl are the best.

Yamila and Joe were amazing. So helpful along with other employees walking around asking if I needed help. Such a friendly place to shop.

At a time when many things are bought online, it such a pleasure to go to my neighborhood Kohls store and get a real shopping experience. I bought pillows and sheets only after I examined multiple brands and options. It was so worth the effort as my sleep was comfy and cozy. My Kohls store , tucked on the south side of Milwaukee, has familiar faces working there, a rare treat these days. I feel like i matter when shopping at that store. Thank you Roslie and Crystal.

This is my favorite location to go to. They have a great selection and I can always find what I'm looking for. Fast and courteous staff.

I was in search of a specific type of New Balance shoe and stopped at this Kohl's store hoping to find a pair. I searched but came up empty. As I turned to leave, a Kohl's employee Alejandro saw my disappointment and asked if he could help. I stated that I needed a particular style of New Balance tennis shoe and the trouble I was having finding a pair in my size. He offered to help search and, lo and behold, he found my size and style.

Well done Alejandro, for paying attention to your customers. This kind of customer service is seldom found in stores today.

Love Kohl's they always have exactly what I'm looking for. Very good quality merchandise & their coupons are the best.

Had some Kohls cash to spend and because of sales, scored an incredible amount of items for free. Great womens tops on sale for 6.99, very soft and many color options. And I got two great office chairs in orange--actually dining room chairs but I am using them in my office. Great color and comfortable!

Excellent prices, great selection, great service.

Dropped off Amazon return. Was very quick & even got an in store coupon on my return slip... Which was awesome
