Very friendly shop went in for wash and style (natural hair) girl Gil had my hair looking like a hot mess.

I went to this shop yesterday December 3rd for a care free curl which entailed rolling your hair on rods. I spoke to this man named Gilchrist from home and asked if he could roll my hair with small rods for a tight curl and he said yes. After braving the cold catching two buses got to the shop once again I asked for small rods for a tight curl he said I have them right her. when this man called Gill reomoved the rods from my hair it has no curl at all. looks like the cats been licking in my hair. I told him this is not what I asked for and he said ooh let me look at the rods he used pink when he had blue that are small. I paid him the $60 and left very upset this man is not right he did not try to correct the problem. I am taking him to small claims because I have to pay out additonal money to try to have this corrected. do not go to this shop.
