Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Northwest Conference Center

Had a vehicle emergency that left me stranded. Was able to get a last minute booking until I could figure out my work vehicle. Absolutely friendly staff and super clean rooms. Hotel also had access to an exercise room, pool, and a restaurant bar. Wonderful experience all around

We were very happy with our room, food, pool, fitness center. The staff is absolutely wonderful and helpful. The only thing we wish they had was a whirlpool. We will be back in the future. Thank you for all the great hospitality.

We booked the Hilton Garden Inn for our rehearsal dinner & wedding room block. Lauren was incredibly professional and easy to communicate with. She helped us every step of the way between picking our menu, choosing the layout for our event space and booking our room. They gave us lots of space to set up tables for our guests and additional room for our live music and guest activities. Guests rooms were easy to book, and they allowed us flexibility to leave goody bags for our guests at check-in. The food during our rehearsal dinner was delicious and the staff was kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The bar staff was also great in helping our guests with drinks during our dinner. The only negative, was that several of our guests had to wait for cleaning/inspection to be completed upon their arrival. Even so, the front desk staff had outstanding customer service and made us feel welcome! We will definitely recommend this hotel for any guests visiting us in the future!

The staff and management are AMAZING. Rooms clean and comfortable. Restaurant conveniently located on premise. Good food and excellent staff.

Very nice place! We came in late in the evening and did not have a reservation. The desk services were extremely helpful and even save us some $$!! While the room was a little older it was IMMACULATELY CLEAN!!!

Staff was amazing. Quiet good place. The room was clean, the only bad things I saw was the old wall paper missing and stained. The couch had oil hand prints on them and the carpet looked nasty/old

Attended Pastor's Appreciation Luncheonr for Sr Pastor Patrick F Greer Sr and the Mount Moriah MBC family along with other local clergy and supporters. The musical renditions by K. Powell were outstanding 👏. The food with an Italian fair to it was outstanding 👏. From the fresh green salad, vegetable soup (oh, so tasty) rotini pasta salad, steamed vegetables, roasted artichokes, pork loin in gravy, baked chicken with a delightful sauce, tiramisu, and cannolis for dessert. Beverages we tea, and ☕. The staff was friendly, professional, and courteous.
Had a wonderful experience overall ☺.

We stayed here twice recently. Both times we enjoyed great customer service at the front desk and in the restaurant. I was surprised that my breakfast voucher included a full menu with excellent table service. Catola and the rest of the restaurant staff were super attentive to us! Our room was comfortable and clean.

One week before our wedding, the place where my husband and I were supposed to take our wedding pictures canceled on us and our wedding coordinators called this wonderful place and talked to an angel named Heather and she said we can take our photos there with no problem that's number 1. Number 2 less than 24 hours of our wedding the venue where we were supposed to have our reception at told us that they don't allow dancing at the reception due to COVID-19 which is understandable however it wasn't in the contract and was never discussed. Plus they told us AFTER we paid in full. Again our wedding coordinators and husband called the Hilton to see if they had any openings at the last minute to hold a reception with dancing and they said YES!! They were so understanding and was able to set everything up in time and allowed our decorator to come in early to set up as well. Heather and the rest of the wonderful staff thank you all so much!! The ballroom, food, and atmosphere was just amazing. All of our guests enjoyed themselves. You all are such a blessing to us and we are forever grateful!!

Used the app to pick a room. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. I enjoyed using the digital key to access the Fitness Center in the morning. Had equipment to myself! Pool looked nice although I didn't use it. Location was safe. I walked the trail around the hotel. We had a short stay but the location was perfect, coming from Summerfest. No issues at all. Very pleased!

When we first arrived our room wasn't clean yet. The lady at the front desk gave us some vouchers for free drink at the bar. The drinks were very good and the bar tender was very friendly. In fact all of the staff we met were very friendly. The room was better than expected except for the bed being a bit too firm for my tastes. The bathroom was very spacious and the Whirlpool was great. Overall it was a great experience.

We had our wedding there and our hotel room was so nice!!! Our guests also enjoyed their stay! But the main reason I am writing a review is for Corrine, the event coordinator. Corrine seriously is the best!!! She’s the main reason we even picked this place for our wedding! From the very beginning until the end of our wedding she had everything perfect! All day I (the bride) had a stomach ache from nerves and I couldn’t really eat my dinner but she made sure someone packed up my meal and take it to our room! She also kept me calm when we had some issues with our cake place, she made sure we had a cake! She was in charge of decorating the ballroom and I can’t believe how it was exactly how we imaged it and more!!! And oh my was the food amazing as well! I had MULTIPLE GUESTS complement on how great the food was!! I highly highly recommend this hotel for your wedding or any event!!

Clean hotel with spacious rooms and many amenities. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. I enjoyed the exercise room with its television and although I did not use the Jacuzzi I saw many others enjoying it. I spent a week there for business and it was very accessible to the highway so getting to and from work and to restaurants was quick.

There is no longer an all you can eat fish fry on Fridays. I ordered the baked cod. They let me swap my fries for a salad for a small upcharge thanks to my wonderful waitress Lisa, who did an awesome job. The food was decent, and I kept the 5 star review since it was a Friday fish fry with no wait. (We were the only people eating the whole time we were there).

They had amazing room service. I was treated quite well. Some of that is because I am a Hilton Honors member. They took care of me and the space provided exactly what I expected. The traffic to get there was a little crazy and there are not a lot of nearby options for dinner, but it met everything on my list.

I was in town for some work related training. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The restaurant had fabulous food. The woman at the front desk, Cathy, is probably one of the nicest people that I've met in a long while. (Cathy-I passed the test!!) Everyone at the hotel was great. Definitely will stay there again the next time I am in Milwaukee.

Best HGI I have stayed at, says the guy with a couple million points. It reminds me of some pretty exclusive 4 and 5 star places with swankier names. This place is huge, extremely clean, and a staff that is friendly, competent, and attentive.

Thanks to the behind the scenes staff, house keeping, engineering, maintenance that keep it looking and functional.

The outdoor patio exceeds expectations and has live music weekly, with food deals.

The bar/restaurant is well run and has great staff. My biggest compliment there is the fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet. There is a great selection of everything ... nothing is missing (at this price point). Pancakes, French toast, eggs, cereal, fruit, muffins ....., ...., ...

If I were running a hotel, I think I could learn plenty from these folks on how to do it correctly. Well done!

I have never been in a hotel restaurant where the food is superb, until I ate here. The specials are a steal! Thursday night- 1/2 lb cheeseburger, fries, and a beer for $7.00, and is totally delicious!!! The breakfast and prime rib buffets are fantastic! The chef there won Iron Man. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the pillows are fluffy, the beds are like Sleep Number, and all of the employees are extremely helpful and friendly. The Business room was perfect, and stocked with everything you could need. They have a new GM, so maybe if you were let down before, you definitely should try again!!!!! I think he’s doing wonders!!!!

This is an excellent property. The lobby is clean, large and inviting.
The staff is friendly and helpful. My room on the 3rd floor was very large, very clean, and offered all the amenities I needed such as fast WiFi, a very comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, a work desk, air conditioning, and many power outlets for my electronics. The bathroom was clean, and well-lit. The internet speed was great. The breakfast at the hotel was tasty and offered many hot and cold items. I recommend this property and would stay here again.
