Our guys love the vets at Alta View. They are kind and friendly and always take care to answer any of my questions.

We met with Dr. Cassie Schneller who performed a successful mast cell tumor removal on our much loved 9 year-old dog-friend. She communicated the process clearly to us, answered our many questions patiently, and did her best to put our guy at ease on the big day. The entire staff communicated with us throughout the day and kept our anxiety at ease. Pets are irreplaceable members of our families, and I feel that the staff at Alta View understand this, and provide excellent service accordingly. Thanks to each of you.

My cat was sick and I called all around looking for a place to get her in that day. Alta View was the only place that cheerfully said yes we can see her this morning. I wasn't sure what to expect but based on the positive reviews I read, I certainly wasn't let down. They were very professional, kind, caring and I was even impressed with the price. I'm so happy I finally found a good vet that I can take my pets to. By the time I got home with the meds the doctor gave my kitty she was right back to her normal loveable self.

All three of my pets (two dogs and one cat) have gone to Alta View and I believe I have had visits with all their veterinarians by now. All vets have been informative, friendly, and compassionate. When one of my dogs passed away, I received a condolences card with hand-written messages from several of the vets, which I found very thoughtful, and I think it speaks to the personal care they provide. All administrative staff and vet techs have also been terrific.

Options are laid out very well and vets are very upfront with the cost of each test and treatment. I feel their prices are reasonable. I am usually able to get an appointment scheduled without much delay. I have been typically seen for appointments in a very timely manner.

Overall, I would highly recommend them.

Very kind and thorough vet! First time at this clinic and they made me feel welcome. Took my 3 year old husky Xena in and unlike many vets I've gone to, he did a nose to toes complete examination where he discovered that she has a congenital eye defect. Reassuring and fair pricing. Highly recommend this place for your pet's health and well being

The clinic is nice and the staff is friendly. I brought my Basset Hound in for them to assess her dog bit injuries. Dr. Josh was very informative answered all of my questions without me seeming rushed. The location is convenient.

This is such a wonderful Veterinary Clinic. Employees are always very kind and helpful when scheduling appointments. I am always able to get an appointment without difficulty. The facility is very clean. All staff and Dr's are very kind, compassionate and informative. Charges are affordable and value for the care received. They got my English bulldog Luna in when nobody else could next day they told me she needed surgery and gave me a price did the surgery the same day they called me back and told me that it was actually something different and that it would be less than what the original price was they took care of Luna and did everything that needed to be done all the staff was so friendly and explain everything they have my business I will be taking my dogs there from now on I would recommend them to anybody that needs animal Care.l!

Can't say enough about Alta View. All staff members are amazing. Dr. Josh Schneller is the BEST.

I dont have any picture of our visit but I highly recommend Alta. Dr. Cassie was and still is extremely personable and easy to talk to without it being over my head. My German shepherd was needing an x ray to confirm her pregnancy and the count of puppies. During the first visit the puppies weren't developed enough to see the skeletons on the x rays so we scheduled a second visit 2 weeks later. That scan we were able to get a count. She also cough a slight heart murmur which is something that was new to my dog. Dr Cassie reassured me and said to call if I had any questions or concerns. Well I took her up on that, not to long ago my dog began showing nesting behavior and because of her panting I was nervous about her heart working to hard. I called and she explained that it is nothing to worry about yet but to continue monitoring throughout labor and delivery. I trust Alta having only visiting a few times and definitely recommend this place to all pet owners!

This was my first experience at Alta View..I actually had called several other Vets first just trying to find somebody to see him because my dog was very sick . It was on a Friday and nobody could get him in before Monday. I called Alta View and got in 2 hours later..I was amazed at how fast my dog Alpha was seen..Dr. Pantone knew right away there was something off with his abdomen and did an Ultrasound. Unfortunately she discovered a large tumor.. I was pleased that I didn't get stuck paying for a bunch of unnecessary tests and thus a huge bill.. From the time I pulled into the parking lot until the time I left couldn't of been more than 30 minutes. Other than getting the bad news about Alpha, it was a really good experience.

I've trusted the Alta View team with my dogs for over nine years. They are patient, caring and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I feel like it's so rare to get good service these days, my heart is full of gratitude for Alta View. I am a new dog mom to an Australian Cattle Dog, and everyone there goes above and beyond to not only make sure Maple is cared for, but to calm my nerves when I call with concerns. They are super responsive and set up well for curbside visits, and I love that I can make appointments online. The vets, techs, and front desk staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and accommodating. I was nervous about finding a good vet but this place is truly a gem. Maple and I thank you!

My dog is having some health issues that require a bit of testing. The staff are patient, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions we may have. Dr. Fisher is the best vet I have experienced in a lifetime of being a pet owner. Thank you so much.

***Update 3 years later. I wish I could give them 10 out of 5 stars. My 11 year old dog and (almost) 18 year old cat have both had a number of weird health issues through the years, but we ultimately had to make the tough decision to euthanize our dog yesterday. All of the staff at Alta View were patient while we deliberated the options of her grim prognosis. They never rushed our goodbyes, and were thorough with explanations of how things would happen. Saying goodbye is hard, but we were met with nothing but kindness and compassion, even though this is something a vet clinic deals with daily. I think I've worked with everyone at Alta View at this point between the 2 animals, and every single staff from the DVMs to the front desk staff have made this a vet clinic worth coming back to again and again. Thank you.

I brought my mom's cat there. Mom passed away and I have her precious baby with me. He was getting very sick. Could not eat and had trouble breathing. I brought him to the clinic and met the most compassionate caring people. I was greeted at my car. They opened the door called mom's kitty by his name. I met doctor Manuela Scannell and the rest of her wonderful staff. It was so heart warming to see them gently take care of him and find out what was wrong. He is now so much better and back to eating.
