The 1st agent I had, Byron, was a bit misleading, fortunately when I called the next day regarding some unresolved issues, Ms. Siba was excellent and professional, helpful with addressing my concerns. I highly recommend getting her as an agent, as she is very thorough in helping you make an informed and satisfactory solution.

Got me a good idea of health care plans in my area. Easier to make a decision. Actually got English speaking people so I knew this was not a scam. I was cautious at first when they called me but they were nice and pleasant on the phone. They changed my insurance under a week. I have a better plan than I did before.

I talked to a young lady named Angelica.let me tell you she's awesome.im with humana and I needed to either upgrade or switch.well Angelica looked at three different plans and found one that suited my needs the best...I have to say she's awesome in my book.thank you Angelica.

My experience has been great since enrolling. For example, the gym membership was easy to use as well as the OTC program. In addition, I received an extra 30.00 per month on groceries or gas and etc...which rolls over if I do not use this particular allowance on a monthly base.

He made sure that I understood everything, before he moved on to the next item, he was so patient with me. He deserves the top award for his kindness and knowledge!!

I had an amazing experience with my senior healthcare advisor Leah. She walked me through everything and explained it all to me. She was very genuine and caring with answering any questions I had. She made me feel really comfortable through the whole process and that is something that I really love. She was really sweet and I wish everyone have the same experience I had.

Tatiana is my agent and she is wonderful!! She helped me find the best plan for me and took the time to go thru it with me. She helped me find a pharmacy under my plan, answered all of my questions. Tatiana gets a 5 Star plus from me!!!!!

So far it's very good service they don't really need to call quite as much especially as it doesn't even kick in till February 1st. But yes very good making things very clear
