The UPS Store

I feel compelled to update my review following a recent experience at the store. A woman, whose name I don't know, borrowed my phone under the guise of needing it urgently. To my complete surprise, she used it to leave a Google review for your business without my consent. This act of overstepping boundaries was highly unprofessional, and I earnestly hope it's addressed by someone in charge. As a result of this incident, I've decided to never let anyone else use my phone in the future.

On a separate note, I want to highlight my positive interaction with the lady who notarized my documents. Not only has she consistently demonstrated professionalism, but she also streamlined the entire process, making it a seamless experience for me. She is truly an asset to your team.

I’m super grateful for Ilene & UPS! I had 4 sculptures I was shipping to a client & Ilene spent time working with me to make sure I had everything packaged safely. It’s pretty nerve wracking to ship one of a kind art that you spend weeks creating, these can’t be replaced if they’re damaged. Seeing the thoughtful way Ilene handled the sculptures & her suggestions to improve the packaging really made me comfortable letting my babies go. Thank you to all the staff who helped! I’m deeply grateful!

It was a pleasure working with Hanson. He was very knowledgeable on the services I inquired about. The store manager Ilene was very helpful as well. Another plus , the store is organized and clean. I will definitely be returning to this location for all mailing and shipping needs.

Aamir was one of the most professional and helpful person I have ever encountered at a UPS store. He is attentive, helpful and has a “can-do”attitude. It is a pleasure doing business with people like this.

Has been very helpful, informative, and friendly. I have been using this store for 5 plus years and I am always greeted with a smile and receive very efficient service.

The UPS store at 1121 S Military Tr. Has the greatest costumers service I know.
Today I was helped by Faz, he was excellent during the process with a smile on his face the whole time.
It's very impressive the team work the entire staff has.

This store is one of the best UPS stores I’ve ever been. Since I entered to the store, Flavia was amazing. She was so welcoming and walked me through the process to ship out some gifts for my family in California. She was delightful and very knowledgeable. I’m definitely coming back and keep up with the amazing work!

I go to this UPS regularly and all the staff is very respectful and helpful. Flavia and David are the usual employees I deal with and they always give me a warm welcome. They always do their best to ensure customer satisfaction and I really appreciate it!

I got my fingerprints done here and it couldn’t have been easier. Brenda and Ilene were super helpful and the process was very smooth. In and out in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

I was here getting copies made for my small business I recently purchased. I expressed my frustrations with the lady helping me about the very difficult time getting vinyl stickers and marketing materials printed with my existing graphics. Ilene the store manager wrote down what I was needing and made it happen.
Aamir was able to print all sizes of heavy duty vinyl stickers that my clients rave about! If you have marketing needs for your business I highly recommend this team!

I went there to get my fingerprints scanned, and the gentleman who helped me knew exactly how to do it. He was very kind and efficient. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes including the wait in line. Keep up the good work. I don't typically write reviews, but I honestly was blown away with how fast this team of workers got things done and how pleasant they all were.

I had a problem but it had nothing to do with the store. I called u p s but they said to call the store. When I called the store they took care of the problem.
