She is a true professional and is 100% focused on shielding children from ongoing parental conflict. She has a no nonsense approach that eliminates trivial discussions and she has a notable ability of minimizing conflict. Wonderful parenting coordinator and person, could not be more grateful for all her help. I had experienced quite the opposite with another person in this field and it made an already horrible situation so much worse, having Lilian as our PC truly has calmed things down and I am forever grateful. As a bonus, she is wonderful with kids.

I’m rating Lilian Pfeiffer 1 star , because she took information that was shared with her in strict confidentiality by sharing it with my x-husband . Causing our children to placed in between a more nastier custody battle . Our children were caught in the middle due to her disclosing information I shared with her. Never AGAIN …… I’ll pass
