Open Valley Preschool Academy

Our daughter has been attending Open Valley in Chapel Trail since she was 6 months old, she will be graduating from VPK this month. There are no words to describe the experience we have had at Open Valley. Every single teacher has been nothing short of amazing, they have held our baby’s hand through each and every milestone and they have done it with the upmost patience and love. Anyone who is looking for a safe, loving, educational, family environment for their preschooler should definitely have Open Valley as their number one choice, there simply is no better place. We will miss all of you immensely ,but you will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

Hi highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for their children. From the moment I left my children with them I knew they were in good hands.
Recently, they went above and beyond by organizing a special party for all the moms of each child room. It was heartwarming to see all the efforts they put in to make that event special for all the moms. It was a delightful gesture and truly made all Moms feel appreciated.

My children attended Open Valley Academy in Pembroke Pines for 4+ years. ALL of the staff are the kindest, most caring people who truly love all of the kids there. They provided excellent education for each age level and my kids were more than ready for kindergarten. My kids enjoyed going everyday and I felt so much more comfortable knowing that I was leaving my children with people who loved them and would always take great care of them. They have become family to us and we are so grateful for all that they have done! We highly recommend Open Valley Academy Pembroke Pines!

This is the best preschool in west Pembroke Pines. The teachers are like a little family and they offer so much love to all the children. I really like the family activities they prepared and the outstanding curriculum for the students.

Any person that writes a negative review for this school, should NOT be allowed to do so (I read one that was written a week ago and I'm honestly VERY shocked). This school is by FAR the BEST school I could have ever chosen for my daughter. There are not enough words to describe my appreciation for these teachers and the director, Ms. Anais ( one of the most loving individuals you would EVER meet). She is always willing to help your child in any way possible). Every time I drop my child off, I feel happy to know that she is in good hands and well taken care of. They treat her like family. She is always happy to go to school and has learned SO much with her loving teachers. The entire staff is absolutely amazing. They put such efforts to put together amazing shows for mother's day, father's day, Christmas, etc)
Trust me, if you are looking for a school that loves your child, cares for them, respects and loves them, then this IS the school for your child. You will regret not giving your child a chance to be a part of the Open Valley family. We love you all and are very happy with all of you! Coming across Open Valley Academy was a total blessing for my family, both of my children went there and they simply loved it. Teachers as well as administrative staff always welcome them with love , open arms and a big smile. It was such a relief to go to work knowing they were staying with family because Open Valley became a family to us. We will always be thankful for all the great work they do, they are really passionate about teaching children and they do it in the most professional way. I would recommend parents to enroll their children in Open Valley in a heart beat, you will never regret making this decision, they are the best.

My daughter Anna has been at Open Valley since she was 1 week shy of 3 months old in March of 2018. (I know, my parental leave was on the short end). I found this operation by searching daycares on google. I went to every daycare in the west Pines area and even some on the east side. I am the first of my group of friends to have a baby so I had no one to guide me through this journey. All I can say is when I walked in, it felt like home. Boy was I right. Anna graduated from VPK and is now in her last week at Open Valley. Here is my review.
Baby's room: Maria Elena, Jossie and Mireya were amazing with Anna, they cared for her, they express so much affection, I cannot describe it effectively. They helped me as a first time mom in reassuring me on milestones, and also helped me support her development throughout her first year. Helping her with motor skills, holding head up, enriching her with songs and activities all day. They kept me informed of all meals and the vowel movements, and always had something to say about her day.
Early toddler room: Miss Betsy was amazing with Anna, she knows her so well, kept me informed on her milestones, how she ate, who she was friends with, and described her personality any chance she had.
next room is what I called the Pandemic class, Anna started when she turned about two years old, and then the pandemic hit. Anna kept asking for Tula, I reached out to Open Valley and asked if we could do a video call with Tula so Anna could she her. And she did, she called my cel phone on video call, and by instinct started talking to Anna as if she were a young adult, "Hi Anna! I am so happy to see you.. We are all staying home to stay safe, I love you and miss you, but we will see each other again soon" I ended that call in tears. Then she started hosting zoom meetings and doing activities with the kids to keep them engaged, scavenger hunts around the house, songs, experiments with baking soda and vinegar. She kept all activities simple. It was adorable, and I will be forever thankful. She was with Tula until she was 4 as the pandemic shifted things for everyone.
the next room was with Miss Mafer and Miss Fabi, they are affection wrapped up in a bow. They built on the foundation all the teachers had built before, and Anna flourished as a young, gentle, caring, outgoing and happy child. Hugs were a part of her day, and still are ;)
VPK room: Things got real over here. She had Miss Chris and Miss Marjorie, and I am so thankful for their hard work. Anna can read sight words, spell, add and substract, she grabs the pencil like a champion and is coloring within the lines. We had homework, which Anna knew exactly how to do because she had previously learnt all of it in class. They taught science, history, natural sciences, all in simple yet engaging ways. Anna knows the planets, the animals in different ecosystems. I am so proud of my girl and all because of their hard work.
The daycare overall is fantastic, it has a large library as you walk in filled with books kids are free to grab at any time. Once moms of the VPK class organized a play date at a park that had a community library box, and all the kids gravitated towards the books and started looking at pictures, asked us to read, it really was a true reflection of the passion for books they received at Open Valley.
They have cameras except the baby room for privacy, in case someone gets accidentally injured or something they can pull up the video. My daughter fell in the playground and less than an hour after, we had the video in hand.
One time my daughter fell in my backyard and broke her lip, which needed stitches. Miss Anais came to our house to drop off the valentines day goodies she had received from her friends because she missed the festivities.
As you can see, this is a special place, they build STRONG relationships, strong little humans and prepare them for the world that awaits them. Thank you Open Valley, we will miss all of you :)

Our daughter has been going to Open Valley since she was 2 years old. We are very happy and grateful for the years she has been there. The teachers are great, sweet and caring, the best I have ever known, they are always smiling when giving us feedback of my daughter’s progress. Anais, the principal, is always willing to go the extra mile and help you in any matter or concern. All the staff is excellent, positive people with good energy and patience. They arrange beautiful events for family participation, something that I value a lot. I definitely recommend this school.

My husband and I are very happy and grateful to this school and its staff. We have been part of the Open Valley family since 2016, when our oldest son started there, and then our youngest daughter, who is now VPK, followed. All the team that works there has treated our children with love and dedication, added to values of respect and discipline, always enhancing the value of the family, the perfect mix for a high quality education. This week we want to thank the recent celebrations of Father's day and Mother's day, they always make us feel very special. We highly recommend this school!

Open Valley is a wonderful place of education which provides a loving and caring environment. My daughter has been attending since she was 3 years old. She just graduated from the VPK program and she has grown academically more than I could ever imagine. She is leaving there able to read, add/subtract, and write complete sentences. Besides academics, I know my child is loved. We can't leave without her wanting to hug all the teachers and the director on the way out and everyday she wants to invite them over to our house. I can relax at work because I know she is being well taken care of. Lastly, they go above and beyond for holidays and graduation. Their shows are amazing and well planned. We are definitely going to miss attending there, but already had to promise my daughter that we will be visiting. I am truly grateful for all the attention, education, and love my daughter has received at open valley. The ladies there have been a tremendous blessing to our lives!

3 weeks ago, my son left Open Valley Academy for the last time. He started here when he was 3.5 months old ( he's now 6) and everyone there instantly became family. Words cannot describe how much I love the staff there. They go out of their way to make the moments of this early years so special. To Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Hispanic Heritage & random moments in between, we have so many memories thanks to the incredible staff at Open Valley. Even during the crazy times of 2020, they still went out of their way to do things for the kids & parents, even if they had to be a bit more creative. And when everyone else was still doing “drive-thru” graduations, the staff put on a VPK Graduation outdoors so the kids (& parents) could have a ceremony.
I know it was time for my son to leave, but it is still bittersweet. I will cherish all of the memories he had there.

I had my 2 kids in Open Valley Academy at Pembroke Pines. All the words that I can write here are just a few sample of what really this preschool means to me. It will be an unforgettable experience the way my kids and I enjoyed this journey. The first steps of our little ones are so important, so it is crucial to chose the best option to have them in the best hands. Open Valley offers the best for the kids, from the baby ones to the toddlers. The way they serve, teach, treat, love, engage, and involve the kids is so special. They are open doors, with a direct and clear communication with parents. The activities and celebrations are unique and memorable. I highly recommend this preschool! I was very selective when choosing the preschool for my 3 year old and I’m so glad I found the perfect place. My daughter has been attending Open Valley Academy for almost 2 years now and she is the happiest child going to school every day. Her teachers Miss Mafe and Mrs. Fabi always receive her with so much love and are always creating great educational and fun activities for all the kids. EVERYBODY here is very PROFESSIONAL & KIND and as soon as you enter this place there is only POSITIVE VIBES & LOVE all around. The receptionists Lily and Barby are amazing, every single day from the moment they open those doors they welcome you always with a SMILE and they go out of their way to accommodate any needs that you might have. Ani the director is absolutely excellent and is always available to help you on any ? Or concerns that you might have! The place is always super clean and the teachers are always posting all the classroom activities and upcoming events on their Dojo app. for all the parents to see. We couldn’t be more happy of how fast our little girl has learned new things since she started here therefore we highly recommend Open Valley Academy (Pembroke) ❤ Vicky’s mom

My daughter been attending Open Valley for a year and a half since we arrived from Colombia. She just finished her last year because she is 5 years and have to move to Elementary school. I am very happy with all of this day care, I'm grateful for the attention, for the love of all teachers. The education is wonderful, my daughter arrived speaking only Spanish and now she communicates perfectly in English.
I feel very fortunate because thanks to Open Valley, she is ready to go to Kindergarten.

I love this place and so does my daughter. As a single parent I deeply appreciate the staff being nice and caring, and the Director Christina and Mrs. Adriana really care about the children and work with the parents. I’m grateful for their hours as well, a facility opened for 12 hours really helps especially since not everyone works a 9-5 job. The facility is well thought of, rooms separated to keep the ages apart, but structured so that the teachers are able to help each other out and I love the see through glass throughout the facility so everyone, including the parents can see what’s happening at any given moment. My daughter is happy and that makes me a happy parent. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Both of my kids attend Open Valley in Pembroke Pines and I have nothing but great things to say about them. My daughter will be graduating from VPK this year after being there since she was 6 months old. She has learned so much by the great staff that Open Valley has. The director really does things right and works well with parents. I've referred several friends as well and all have the same feeling. The staff show so much love to the kids, that the kids always want to go to school! Thank you Open Valley for setting the right behaviors in our kids!

Our son has been with Open Valley since he was one-yer-old-2015. This daycare has been extremely welcoming and supportive to our family. It is a second home for our son, who has benefited greatly from the curriculum and learning experience.
Open Valley has been there for all our son's milestones and adjustment period. The teachers and staff go on and beyond! to make each holiday celebration a memorable one. With their amazing decoration and well planned shows...off course this would all not be possible without the mastermind creativity of their Director Ms. Anais.

My son attended to Open Valley for two years,
while completing his VPK program, for our surprise he started reading fluently!! Iam so happy with the good work this preschool has done with my son. His teachers Mrs. Milly and Mrs. Katty were awesome, they are very sweet and compassionate with the kids. This place is always very clean and quiet, sometimes you don't even notice you are in a preschool. Classrooms are very spacious and comfortable. Iam glad I found out about this place, it was a wonderful experience.

We have had such a wonderful experience at Open Valley! This our 2nd child to attend the school. There are so many things to point out: The teachers and staff are very warm and welcoming. They make the children feel at ease. The preschool is kept in pristine condition. My child is currently in VPK and she has learned so many things. The curriculum is wonderful. We appreciate Ms Millie and Ms Kathy's hard work! We have many teachers in our family and they are always amazed at how much she knows. Enroll your child at Open Valley...you will not regret it!

My son Elias (7) and my daughter Gabby (4) attended Open Valley Academy 20170 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL for several years. Our experience was excellent, you will find a welcoming and a friendly atmosphere. They had time for physical activity, quiet time, group programs, individual activities, educational activities, meals (very good), snacks, nap, and play time. The staff is caring, trained, and qualified. The center is always clean, healthy, organized, and safe. A friend recommended me Open Valley and now I also recommend it to my friends.
