I’ve been a member for many years. I never had any problems with Allstate. Every six months I receive my policy and my cards through email.
I remember once loading my trunk and I left my keys inside and close the trunk. I called, they came, they unlocked my trunk. Very fast and professional.
They are always there when I need them. I also receive a refund check every six month.
