The men's section is always tidy upstairs/up the escalators. I always shop the Arizona section and always has the essentials I need and is tidy. Nice prices too.

This place is amazing. One of the sales associates in the men's department literally offered to take the sports hub off of a mannequin because it was the only size left that fit me. Don't be mistaken. JCPenney's Maybe a place for bargain shopping, but it's not a place where you'll be greeted with anything less than respect. Got a great deal on some new suits today here and everyone was helpful and friendly. It honestly blew me away that everyone was so willing to help and make an effort to please their customers.

JCPenney is a store that has stayed around. Inspite, of all the other stores that have come and gone. They have a new beauty dept with regular cosmetics that can be purchased at the pharmacy. So the prices are lower. I bought a lipstick for $10.00. Returning merchandise is easy if you have the tags and the receipt, but check your accounts. Sometimes, the credits are slow coming! The fitting rooms are always at the other end of the store! I do like their merchandise: especially the shoe department and the jewelry, lingerie and handbags!

Great sale going on right now no tax week loving it a little pricey at times but merchandise is good on children clothing and shoes
