Aquatic Realmz Aquarium Maintenance & Design

I used Aquatic Realmz to aquascape our saltwater tank. Damon came and did a consultation and came back to aquascape. He used my existing rock and added some new rock. He had skill and a good eye to build what I was looking for. He showed me several styles to choose from. Damon and staff were in good communication with times, dates, and price. He was easy to talk to and I’m glad I have a connection with them if anything else were to come up in the future.

I love my fish friends like they’re part of my family and I would not be able to enjoy this experience without the help of the team at Aquatic Realmz! Yes, an experience! When you have the right equipment and with proper maintenance, fish keeping is good for a healthier human experience! Someone like myself, who lives paralyzed from the chest down, has not only found entertainment from watching the natural behaviors of the fish, caring for life, nurturing an environment; it all manifests in the brain and compliments and/or improves sympathetic and compassionate responses we may or may not know about. I don’t know, at least that’s my experience! 😀

October 26th was the 23rd anniversary of my spinal cord injury, which also falls ten days before my birthday… Most years are tough and spent in a depressed state of mind. My my mind filled with thoughts of regret and what could have been. The day before, even the morning of the 26th, I was in that place; I even made a “sad” post on Facebook (I don’t do much social media, yet when I do it is generally positive.”) Two o’clock came around and the Aquatic Realmz team of Turner and James arrived. Wait?! What?! I know, life has its twists!

I can say so many awesome things about Aquatic Realmz and I may just be too lazy because I want to wrap this up, (clock says “3:15am”) or maybe, just maybe, a picture would be preferable to any person still reading.💯

Thank you Natalia, Turner and James! You made an impact that you probably had no idea would be happening! ♥✌🐠

Update January 16, 2024

Was graced with my fourth maintenance appointment today! I don’t know what to say, you all have made fish keeping even more enjoyable! Not to mention, it’s a huge burden off of my caregiver, my mom AND she absolutely loves the tanks now! Yeah we’re having two tanks serviced now! Turner, is a Godsend and highly knowledgeable on all aspects of the aquarium, the equipment and everything your aquatic friends need to thrive! Thanks again! Haha So dang happy!!!

Turner, James, Natalia and the entire team take time to clean my aquarium, bring me new fun fish 🐟 They check ph levels, the health and look of my fish making sure no fish are sick and they are at a healthy weight, clean and change filter stones, water, plants, the works! They are always on time, efficient and they care. Very nice people to work with. My Aquarium is crystal clear, beautiful and the fish 🐟 are beautiful. Healthy Fish are Happy Fish 🤩 Thank you Aquatic realmz! My Aquarium looks fabulous! Added a new Pleco today! Added a couple angel fish and others today! My new Aquarium is rocking! I updated my 25 year old Aquarium. Beautiful ❤

Aquatic Realmz did a 'tear-down' on my WaterBox Reef LX 290.6 and did a great job! The two-man-crew (Damon & James) were very diligent in the proper treatment and care of the livestock. All rock and sand were carefully removed without causing damage to anything - not even a scratch! The tank and sump were freshwater rinsed, vacuumed nearly dry and then toweled completely dry. I've always enjoyed maintaining my own systems, but the whole time they were working I thought that if I ever hired a routine aquarium maintenance service I'd trust this company (and this crew) for certain. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and careful. Natalia, with whom I made all the arrangements, was super helpful as well. I would definitely recommend Aquatic Realmz for anything aquarium related. A good company is not made up of brick and mortar, it is made up of good and competent people. The people from Aquatic Realmz that I dealt with check all the boxes that determine an excellent customer experience.

Other than having the wrong address, Cameron was very pleasant and easy to talk to. She did a great job cleaning the tank. She answered a lot of questions I had.

These guys were great! Moved my 180 gallon tank from Milwaukee to Waukesha with no issues(and this tank is massive). I would definitely recommend them. They were all extremely friendly and professional. BIG SHOUT OUT to Aquatic Realmz!!!

This place is AWESOME!!! They have everything you need for freshwater and salt water!!! A massive selection of decor, chemicals, and filter media!! The ambiance is AMAZING!! You truly feel that you are visiting an aquarium exhibit at the zoo. Everything is reasonably priced also!! There are so many fish, live rock, and other creatures as well!! The staff are truly knowledgeable and ready to help and answer any questions, but don't bombard you at all!! I can't wait to go back!!!

Great knowledge, very friendly, answered lots of questions, and did a great job. Looking foward to getting more aquarium fish/invertebrates.

This place has been a go to spot for me for over 20yrs now and have never found myself disappointed with this place. I have watched them rearrange and update floorplan a few times now and I am always pleased. Plus the selection of fish is awesome and great for hobbyist of all levels. It's a really nice place to go for people who are looking for a new underwater pet/friend or even if you are having a not so great day. Stop in and take 20 minutes to see what they have and I bet you will feel a lot better after seeing and interacting with some of the fish or turtles in there. I enjoy this place a lot myself and just love it here.

Trevor is always so friendly and knowledgeable. He not only tells us the levels of our tank but shows us. They have always been prompt and clean up after themselves. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone.

I have had difficulty staying in the hobby and had to part with my fishy friends for family reasons. All of their staff were professional but also supportive. They're in the hobby and were able to explain where my fish were going and how they'd be taken care of. I feel incredibly blessed for this.

The guys were amazing. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. Very clean with everything they did. Neither of the guys tried to over sell anything for the tanks. Answered all my random questions and made the tanks look amazing. Not to mention Stacy was a big help explaining everything and getting it all set up.
