Washers are great, dryers need to catch up....

1/4 of the machines are faulty...... never received refunds whenachines didmt worl... No staff ever present.... owners Response.line has never answered calls nor returnes voice-mails. Spend at your own risk

None of the washer works and clothes get locked in washer without the cycle going . Would not recommend this place to anyone and the traffic from the neighborhood is not safe.

This laundromat is very close for residents, but it needs someone there to manage while it’s open. There are many washers out of order, all the money machines doesn’t work, the dryers do not dry your clothes. You will have to constantly add more quarters in order for your clothes to dry. It’s very frustrating because the owner do not respond back when you need help right away. It’s needs lots of improvement.

Terrible Terrible laundry mat! Nothing works. The super washer broke down 5 minutes after I started it. There’s a sign hanging up that says if any issues, go next door to the store and let the staff know. So I did and was given $4.50 back for another wash. I didn’t make a fuss about the super washer being $5.50. Fast forward, the freakin dryer didn’t work after I put 50 cents in it. I’m irritated at this point because I asked if someone can come look at their equipment the first time I walked in the store and he told me it would be 5 min, no one ever came which is why I went back to get my money. You damn right I went back in for 50 cents, it’s not the money it’s the principle. Then he thought I was lying (WHO LIES ABOUT 50 cents)! Also a young boy (maybe 19) walked in with a book bag, circled to place and walked out. Then went in next door when I went over there and stood at the door and walked out in a whole different direction so now safety is an issue. I’m trying to hurry and get the hell out of here, stay away!

This was a good and perfect laundromat but now it's the worst my son clothes was stolen out the dryer when I ran home for a family emergency came back my dryer was open and all my son items was stolen and the owners not answering the phone sad 😢
