The best absolute customer service from start to finish. The closing team was just absolutely phenomenal, friendly and efficient.

The turkey bacon avocado sandwich, California cobb salad, crab avocado melt and nuts and berries salad were fantastic and quickly made with fresh ingredients. Plus, the combos come with a chocolate covered strawberry and a baguette roll.

We also ordered the creme Brulee cheesecake too. The cashier was so sweet and topped it with cream, sauce and berries because there weren't any available at the moment from the showcase.

Such a great location! Great staff!

Love this place, the food always tastes fresh because they use fresh ingredients. They have nutritional info on the website so I could make choices that fit in my dietary restrictions and they have a lot of great options. Staff is friendly. The bread they give you as a free side is ok but would be better warmed up I think otherwise it's a bit dry.

Just picked up an order for 12 people, and I was super impressed. The women in charge of the to go orders was working hard and doing a great job. Also the man at the register had a fun personality and was making all the customers smile. Great job, and the food is incredible. Great job!

I ordered delivery and the lady on the phone was really nice and professional. My partner loved the brisket grilled cheese and I got a salad, which is unusual for me, and a bowl. Both contained a lot of lettuce but that's salad for ya... I liked the bowl best but I expected grains in there somewhere. Maybe I missed 'em, idk. I didn't like the bread or the excessive plastic packaging. The creme Brulée was tasty and came in little containers that I want to make jello in after I wash them. Good stuff, good prices.

Ordered four soups. All were surprisingly fantastic! Family was impressed. Chocolate dipped strawberries delighted my daughter.

Honestly wanted to give one star off for the ‘bread’. Thought it’d be a French baguette, dense and crusty like Panera. Instead, it was a spongy, sweet, white Hawaiian roll. Yuck!

Very fresh produce, everything is visible to customers! This a well oiled machine they are really in sync!
The lobster bisque was very rich and flavourful! My mouth was extremely happy. The Cuban Sandwich was just ok. Not at all like a real Cuban. Sandwich! They sell beautiful brulée but that was to much food. BTW the portions are nice so desert might have to be "to go" lol You get a nice piece of bread for soup dipping and a complimentary chocolate dipped strawberry. Very clean, friendly staff. A completely unexpected treat!

Service was so extremely friendly when my husband and I stopped in. The food has always been great and better options than most quick bites. It was very refreshing how happy,polite, and smooth our order was. Thank you!

A friend had recommended Zupas for it's healthy menu options, and I'm so glad I went! As soon as I walked in I knew it was going to be a good meal. The environment is very modern and clean- feeling. Just under the large menu on the wall you see the fresh ingredients they use in a refrigerated display. My husband and I split a pesto chicken sandwich and a large quinoa protein bowl. His sandwich would not have been filling enough, so he was glad to split the bowl, which was huge! We also decided to try a brownie- they display all the desserts right before you pay- well placed on their part. The staff also gifted us two chocolate covered strawberries. We also split one of their infused juice beverages- yum!

Everything we ate was delicious! I couldn't believe how fresh my bowl was- not one vegetable in there was wilted nor questionable. I will be back and look forward to trying one of the soups.

My experience here was short but great. I’m a door dash delivery driver, and while waiting for my order, I observed a tremendous work ethic from a guy named Keith. He did a great job at de-escalating a situation with an angry customer, as well as moving around the work floor with determination and hustling to get things done. Very professional worker.

3 kids and 2 adults. Everyone was able to find something to their liking. Great variety for their combination meals. Two kids ordered the regular chicken noodle soup "Great" "good balance of noodles and vegetables" they enjoyed the cracker options ( both oyster and saltine) and the rolls that came with the soup were fluffy and a little sweet. So delicious! One kid ordered from the kid menu the grilled cheese and fruit cup. They thought the grilled cheese was very gourmet. One adult ordered the chipotle pork salad and a Cuban sandwich. Both of those items had balanced flavors. The other adult had the Chicken Enchilada Chili with was smooth and creamy. The flavors were exciting but not spicy.
The adults agreed the salads with the premixed dressing was a perfect amount where you got the flavor but your salad wasn't drowning in dressing.
Everyone LOVED 😍🥰 the chocolate dipped strawberries!
We will be back and make sure we save room for dessert!

Had the strawberry salad delivered twice. Fresh and delicious. Salad dressing sooo amazing. Both times I got a large with extra cheese strawberries dressing add bacon. I'm addicted

Was my 1st time visiting this place. The staff was so nice and helpful. I had a protein bowl, and it was so good. The portion size was huge! Even came with a cute chocolate covered strawberry to finish off with (or start with).

I was really pleased with this place. Service was nice and relatively quick. I had the Thai Noodle Salad, which was my first time eating any kind of unique salad like that, but it was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be going back to try some more of their salads

Fresh and delicious. Surprised and impressed by the quality and quantity. Service is great also. Had the kale and quinoa salad. Everything on it was great. Just the right amount of dressing. Roll was ok but not great. Chocolate covered strawberries and nice.

First time here!! Loved the Mediterranean bowl! They were able to veganize it and it was delish

Ordered the California Cobb salad this last time. Flavors were delicious. I have had several different soups and sandwiches on previous visits over the years. It has always been fast, delicious and the appearance of the restaurant and crew is very clean and professional.
