Dr. Yuchi Phen, DMD

My family and I have been coming to Dr Phen for 22 years! I don’t let anyone touch my teeth, only her! I make everyone I know go to Dr Phen. I drive here from Boca, over an hour because shes the best. Ive never had any pain during fillings, crowns, and cleanings. And all the staff are amazing too!

Great customer Service. All services are rendered professionally. Dr. Phen has been very attentive to my concerns during my visits. She takes the time to explain the process of any dental procedures before the work is done.

I've been a patient for Dr.Yuchi Phen for 13 years since 2006 and her demeanor remains the same. She is amazing, caring, patient, honest and very accommadating. Her entire staff have always been customer service oriented as well. They make you feel comfortable and are not judgemental. I'm the type of person that if I feel I've being taken advantage of or don't feel satisfied from a practice, I will not return and they have definitely demonstrated genuine care. Thank you Dr. Phen and your entire staff for the many years of great service.😀

Dr Yuchi is very knowledgable and so kind in taking time to answer questions and concerns, as well as propose solutions and clear plans to solve issues. Really felt my concerns were heard and confident they will be addressed. Advanced technology also appreciated (X-rays and cleaning were a breeze). Will definitely be coming back and recommending!

Awesome service. I'm always able to get an appointment whether it be an emergency or not. I get a reminder text or call for my appointment. Ms. Liliana is always helpful and friendly. Dr. Phen is always helpful and she is very knowledgeable about her work.

Debo decir que hace mas de siete años que estoy visitando la oficina de Dr. Phen y la atencion es maravillosa. Empezando por el personal, la calidad del trabajo brindado y la rapidez con te atienden es fenomenal. El ambiente de la oficina es muy calido e higienico y ellos usan la mejor tecnologia para atenderte segun tu caso. Tambien debo hablar de las citas, pues ellos te las dan bastante pronto y el horario es tambien muy conveniente ya que atienden los sabados. La verdad es que mi experiencia siempre ha sido muy agradable y es por eso que yo les recomiendo la oficina a todos!

Great Doctor but Office person is so rude. I went there few times Dr Phen is the great doctor.
But Office Acceptance woman is always mean and rude.
I saw so many problem at the office with other customers.
Last time She try charge me more than I must pay.(She try to sale expensive things)
I am so upset for this. I won't go there anymore.

Terrible. She overfilled my cavities and I had to get them removed and replaced by another dentist. It was over $1300 worth of work. When I called and complained I asked the staff to have her call me back so we can discuss plan of care. She had her HUSBAND (who I have never met and doesn’t work in the office) call me back. He told me she is not doing anything.. they refused to call me back.. So unprofessional I couldn’t even believe it.
