We have been patient of True Balance for 6 years now and are very blessed to have Dr. Patino. She is very knowledgeable, patient and makes sure Nigel is always comfortable. She is available to answer any questions we have.

We love Dr. Patino. She's passionate and truly cares for her fur patients. My Chippy Boy was in need of therapy and thank God I came across her. She's God sent to help my boy. Over four years now!

Dr. Patino is an incredible person and an incredible vet. She treated my fur baby for about a year. Honestly, we did not think Poochie had much time left however, with Dr. Patino’s help she lived another year. Dr. Patino gave her quality of life for the time she had remaining. Dr. Patino came into our lives when we needed a miracle and she answered with compassion and expertise.

Dr Maria Patino was really amazing and true blessing to us. She was extremely compassionate, caring and gentle with our fur baby and was very supportive to us humans too. Our dog knew that she was there to help him and welcomed her treatments. He was a bossy and sometimes a grumpy old man but she was able to read and adapt to his moods. She followed up to see how he was getting along, requested photos and videos so she could observe him when we went on vacation in Maine. Most importantly, she was there when we needed her the most We had to make a difficult decision because he took a turn for the worst and she was just wonderful through it all. I would highly recommend her because she helped our Senior Boy so much. Thanks to her, he received relief from his pain and able to walk better. I am certain he would not of been with us as long as he was if it was not for her. Without a doubt, I will call on her again if I had another pet that needed her services. Love love love Dr.Patino !! My 13 year old, FS, German shepherd was paraparetic on hind legs but worse on the left side. I did an MRI and it showed T6- T7 were herniated disc. I opted for medical care and with Dr.patino help, electro acupuncture, laser and herbals helped her so much! She went from barley walking, dragging her back legs and going to the bathroom on herself to escaping the house after her third treatment. Thankfully we found her a few houses down and she was just exploring. Isabel is my world and has been with me through the worst and best times of my life, seeing how well she is doing now brings me to tears. I thank Dr. Patino so much for everything she does for my princess. I love being able to see my girl enjoy life again to jump and play. I would recommend 1000000 percent and Dr. Patino is amazing !!! My girl loves her and that says a lot because she’s a very nervous girl.

I am so grateful I found Dr. Patino. 2 days after our dog, Gypsy went down with a spine issue, she had a cancellation and was able to fit us in. I believe, if it weren’t for her quick acting, things would have been much worse. She made calls to the ER vet, to a neurologist and made all the arrangements, that same day, for Gypsy to be seen. She kept in contact with me and advocated for Gypsy, until we got her to neurology - and I mean she was texting/calling and making all of the arrangements well into the late evening hours. She was so good with Gypsy and she stuck by me during the whole process of surgery (had a ruptured C5-C6), checking in on her frequently. We had our second session of acupuncture and rehab and we are so grateful to have found someone so knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. Let the healing continue!

María is an amazing professional, she gave back life to my Dexter. Her work is tremendously good and the personal touch is really important. My Dexter and me are blessed having Maria in our life. Extremely recommended!!!

Sorry it took me so long to write to you, but this is the first time since my beloved Niko passed on that I have been able to think of him without crying. Some of the reason why, I must say is thanks to you.
I cannot thank you enough for the respect and compassion with which you treated my Niko Especially for the many extra steps of kindness you took to make this most difficult task for me bearable.

There are still kind people in our world like you! My family and I will treasure our memories of Niko for a lifetime. We will miss him forever. He was so very special.
But the most special was meet you at the right moment thank you for being during his most difficult time, thank you for being compassionate, profesional. we know and also he knew that you tried to do your best, and I completely sure that he had a quality of life at the end . Your words and your treatment helped him to managed all discomforts that may had, we had the opportunity one more time to showed to him that life is good not matter what of adversity .....

Dr. Patino is one of the most extraordinary people I’ve ever met. Her ethics, compassion, dedication to my precious dog as well as to me is unparalleled. Dr. Patino accepts texts at any day or hour without an extra charge, again reflective of her goal of ensuring that pets’ well-being is her primary goal. Her wealth of knowledge is exemplary. She is constantly aware of the slightest detail, immediately able to recommend solutions, always with the least amount of physical intervention. Dr. Patino uses herbs and has literally revived my dog back to health. My little Morkie was released from her third hospital stay with 11 pills, multiple times a day. After meeting Dr. Patino, Cara was weaned off all medications. Given the harmful side effects of Western medicine pills, I cannot imagine what Cara’s life would be like had I not had the privilege to know Dr. Patino. You will never find a better veterinarian or a kinder, gentler, more sincere, loving person.

My senior dogs and I are blessed beyond measure to have Dr. Patiño in our lives. She has treated both of our pets for the past several months and there has been remarkable improvement in their demeanor, spirit, strength and quality of life. Her clinical intuition and skill, dedication to her patients and clients and sweet, gentle approach with animals and humans alike is amazing. As a fellow veterinarian myself, I am so thankful to have found her and grateful for all she has done for us.

Dr Patino has been a blessed in our lives. She has been helping us for over a year now, and it's being great to have her on board of the care of our senior dog. Last year Oziris had an splenectomy and tumor removal, and the vet gave us an estimate of 3-6months with him. It's been already 1 year and 3 months since then and Dr Patino has done a wonderful jog keeping him healthy and comfortable as it should be. Oziris is a Jack Russell Terrier and he turned 17 last December :-)

My experiences with Dr. Patiño are always excellent. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and passionate, which shows in the way she cares for the animals she treats. Her work with my elderly dog seems to have greatly decreased the pain and discomfort he has been feeling. Highly recommend!

Dr. Patino came into our home with confidence, care and patience. From the first day she started working with our 9 year old Boston spaniel we started to see a difference. She also put our minds at ease and gave us hope to look forward to. Dr. Patino has a gentle but firm attitude to dogs. She has cured my dog of a torn ligament in each back leg and has reduced her weight which is good for her. My dog loves her, her acupuncture. and light treatment. She also treats my dog, who is big, 65lbs, with natural supplements that have been very successful. Truebalance truly offers one of a kind quality services. She focuses on targeting treatment based on the family routine. Dr. Patino has helped us have better control of our cats health. Services are very convenient because she come to your house and stays as long as the patient requires therefore she charges per treatment not hourly. I also like that even with the chaotic south Florida traffic she is always on time and flexible with her availability.

Hi! I have a 4 1/2 year old American Bulldog (Duke) that was suffering from a partially torn knee ligament. He was in some pain, and was using his other legs to compensate for the injured leg.

We have had about five veterinary visits with Dr. Patino. Duke's response to treatment has been remarkable! As a component of his rehabilitation program, Dr. Patino identified multiple exercises to strengthen his leg, as well as incorporating guidelines and recommendations for weight control.

I remain impressed with Dr. Patino as well. She is a tremendously knowledgeable and empathetic professional, and truly cares about the health and well-being of your 4-legged family member.

I have a 10 year old female Belgian Malinois who was having mobility issues. She was having difficulty getting up and down. Her balance was very weak and she had a lot of pain in her lower back / hip area. After one Acupuncture and laser therapy treatment I saw a marked improvement in my little girl. Dr. Patino created a therapy program tailored to suit my baby’s care. We added prescribed supplements to Jade’s daily routine and set a second therapy session for a week later. Immediately following the second therapy session I didn’t notice much change in Jade. However, two days post therapy Jade was running around like she was 5 years old again!
