Super friendly staff. Highly professional work. Reasonable service charge. Got my BMW serviced here last week, the owner was super helpful in helping diagnose the problem. He found some other issues along the way that he addressed at a very reasonable rate. No bait and switch business and highly ethical work. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their EU car serviced.

Thank God they are 10 minutes from my house. Nothing sucks more than driving 30+ minutes to get played by the dealership or another shop only to have nothing addressed.

Paul's knowledge of specific cars and each of their nuanced "behaviors" is impressive -- you can tell he really knows his stuff.

Much better than diagnosing it yourself, confirming it to be true, then trying to convince the dealership that there is in fact an issue with the car. /rant

We had to replace the wiper arm of our audi Q7. They replaced it so quickly and did a few additional checks. I'm thankful for good quality, competent, integrity filled businesses like Euro Spot.

If you own a VW, you know repairs are going to be pricey. However, with Paul, I feel very confident that my repairs were done correctly. A dealership tried to sell us a new motor for a timing chain and pressure value issue. Paul's knowledge saved us $7000

I have been coming to this shop for many years and the new owner - Paul - has been providing fantastic and fairly-priced service just like the previous owner (Jim) did. I highly recommend this shop as they are not only knowledgeable, but are of high integrity as well.

It is hard to find mechanics that work on old Mercedes(my baby is 2005), however, I found great people at The Euro Spot. The prices are very reasonable and they are HONEST about what you need work on. I’ve been going here for years.

Emergency repair on my 2009 M3 and did a flawless job. They fit me in to their busy schedule. These guys diagnosed my leak and my relay issues and were done by end of the day with it. Price was great! I am really happy with owner Paul’s commitment to service I scheduled all my regular maintenance with them. The other customers I met while walking in feel the same way.

We pick up & bring back our daughters Volkswagon Tiguan from Nashville just so Paul can do the needed repairs for us.
We trust him & has delivered exceptional service & great advice for us on what may lie ahead for repairs , etc. she has over 110,000 miles and still going.

An incredible place to take your European car for service. Paul is highly knowledgeable; he diagnosed and fixed a fairly uncommon issue that stumped the official dealer and other mechanics. In fact, the dealer didn't even seem to care and appeared annoyed because my problem wasn't common or apparent.

Bringing my car to Eurospot has been the blessing I didn't know I needed & the service has been impeccable! Paul not only takes very good care of your vehicle but he gives the best recommendations & his prices are great! This level of service is rare these days but I am so thankful to have found Eurospot because dealing with car issues as a woman can be very overwhelming.

I have a history with the previous owner , Jim of European Import Automotive. He serviced my Porsches and VW's for years until he recently retired. He was very selective to whom inherited his clientele that he had serviced for so many years.
He eventually sold the business to a fellow named Paul who renamed his shop The Eurospot.
I was initially reticent to stop by, but when I did, I found that he was a former employee of Jim Ellis and personally knew my former Service Advisor, that certainly broke the ice.
Consequently, I had a problem with my E46 M3. Paul was able to resolve the problem. His kind and direct mannerism gives you confidence that your car will be well serviced. He is very detailed in explaining the work performed. He has a very broad knowledge and I will be taking all my cars to him in the future. I will also be sending all of my friends. You can rely on Paul and The Eurospot.

Paul is honest and knowledgeable. I will keep bringing my other cars here for maintenance. Better prices than dealerships. Thanks, Paul and his technicians.

If you call to schedule service, you will likely hear that they are booked out several weeks before they have a time to see you. When you pull in, you immediately notice the cars that are crammed into the lot. Every day. The fact that they are absolutely slammed with business is testimony alone, but I know that many people never call or drive by a location when choosing a service shop. Instead they use Google and look at a business's ratings, which is almost 5 stars.

My 5-star rating is based on my personal experience with Eurospot with two cars - a BMW and a VW. When looking for a service provider, you hope for someone who is honest, fairly priced, and competent. Eurospot covers all of the bases. There have been several instances when my cars have had issues where Paul identified several different issues that could be causing the problem. Instead of trying to fix everything, he recommended a path based on his experience to try and avoid a high repair cost. So far, he's been correct each time.

On one particularly challenging issue, they were extremely creative with their recommended solution (again, trying to avoid a more costly repair). They had to keep the car a little longer than originally estimated. Using the extra time, they were diligently working through their "creative" solution until they achieved success. As a result, I avoided a $4,000+ repair issue.

Eurospot has shown me, over and over again, that they are great at what they do and they do all they can to treat their customers right.

Paul is a straight forward, very knowledgable and honest guy. He was able to diagnose the problem with my '02 Boxer within minutes. He was very upfront with the service repair pricing and my car was ready when promised.

I highly recommend this shop, not just for the quality of their work but for their honesty.
