I am really happy with Suwanee Auto Repairs fair and honest service. I dropped off my truck for a diagnosis, picked it up after a few hours and then when the part came in I dropped off my truck again and it was repaired in just a few hours. they are mindful of your time. A different auto repair place in Suwanee kept my truck for days, never found the problem and wanted to charge me. Thank you Mr. Lee and Suwanee Auto Repair!

Rock solid work. Trustworthy. Reasonably priced. My wife feels comfortable talking to them without me there. They aren't the cheapest but they've not tried to screw me over even once. When they mess up, they bend over backwards to make it right.

I don't go anywhere else, and I've paid extra to be towed specifically there over a closer shop to my breakdown.

Rick and Lee take the best care of me and my old car. They are always honest and fairly priced for the great work they do.

I came in a few days ago, because I had to get my emissions done asap, but the engine light was on. I was seen immediately and everything was explained thoroughly plus all my questions answered politely. The car was fixed the same day for a very reasonable price. I called the Range Rover dealership prior and they wanted to charge me the same amount for just examining the car, without even doing any repair on it so far. I can just recommend this great business to everybody, since it did awesome work on my vehicle with great customer service.

I was recommended by a friend and have been a customer for well over a year now. I live in Dunwoody but will drive to Suwanee just for their service. The owner is nice, friendly and Rick is always friendly, patient, straightforward, & extremely knowledgeable. All my repairs ( & I’ve had quite a few lol) were done quickly and efficiently. They genuinely care for their customers and are absolutely transparent with the required repairs as well as costs. Most importantly, they do exceptional work that they back up with a 3 year warranty! Just came in during my lunch break for help with putting air in my tires. Such a simple task but I couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong. The man at the front was helpful and kind. Will definitely recommend this business because of their friendly service.

I have been here several times. They are always honest and offer different solutions based on the age of my older vehicle. They take great care of my new cars too. Quick oil changes, brakes when you need them. They saved me a ton of money when one place said my transmission was bad and really I only needed a tune up!

I needed a quick Oil change, they were able to take me in almost immediately without an appointment. The waiting Area is really clean, good air Freshener. They have bottled water, Tea and Coffee.

They printed the Vehicle recalls for me.

Not an intimating experience. Definitely a place to visit and avoid the awful waits at other repair shops.

This is my second time using Suwanee Auto Repair for my Acura repair needs, and just like the first time I drove away feeling secure and safe. Brent and the crew was awesome. They are honest and provided me the essential service I needed. I had gone through a difficult ordeal where I had to contact the dealer and be reimbursed for work. Well Brent schooled me on how to proceed to be reimbursed and followed up with me.
My car was fixed. It was cheaper than the Audi Dealership and they provided optimal service. As a single mother I felt valued and not ripped off.

Excellent Customer Service. Owner Mr. Lee is awesome. He is super nice and patient. My car electrical issue is on and off. He took 2 days for testing for make sure job is done. Strongly recommend.

Excellent service! Oil change in less than 30 mins (call ahead). My vehicle uses synthetic oil, and it was still a great price! Best part, they don't try to play you with add-ons.

Good mechanics. Had to get my brake pads and oil gaskets/cooler line replaced on my Lexus is350 and they did it 2 hours faster than expected time and also gave a discount. Great place to get Japanese cars fixed for a good price

First, I was hesitant to find an auto repair shop other than my longtime place in Roswell, Ga, but after extensive calling around I decided to take my truck to Suwanee Auto Repair. The prices were extremely reasonable and the person answering the phone immediately knew what was appropriate for my make and model of car. They completed the work on time and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I recommend them completely and it's great to finally find an auto shop that truly believes the customer comes first.

My warranty was ending soon and they went above and beyond in order to squeeze me in. Their estimate was $700 lower then what I had been offered elsewhere and they were very friendly and down to earth. I have found my new repair shop and I will be back! Hopefully just for an oil change though lol.

I blew an engine on my 1998 Mecury Sable and Brent and John helped me to locate a used for a reasonable price.

They always provide honest work and the best prices I have ever seen in a garage.

These guys were great! Did a great job on restoring our bumper some how looks better than when we bought it. They also washed and cleaned our car. The receptionist was super friendly and happy, did not expect that but it was a good surprise.
