The price is very fair, as it is based solely on the number of sinks, toilets, showers, washers, tubs, spigots etc that are in your home. He has a calculator with this formula on his website and your price will not vary. I actually had another estimate for whole house repipe for double! That's right, Nick used a formula based on my 3 story home with finished basement that had a shower, 2 sinks, toilet and second washer in basement. My price was $9000 --I was quoted $18,000 by another local repipe company. Nick's pricing is therefore based on a straightforward formula and not just pulled out of the plumber's a*s!

Nick is an exceptional plumber. We hired him to do a complete home repipe (old owners replaced like 75% of the polybutylene and of what they replaced, nothing done correctly or to code).

His prices are very fair (we had many quotes), he explains everything he's going to do and the advantages of different pipe materials. He is very professional, timely, will not try to upsell you and above all you can tell that the quality of the work is excellent.

I hired Nick to install two toilets at my home, unfortunately my measurments were off so that was a bust. But, he was able to solve a problem regarding the installation of another bathroom. His instructions and professionalism were excellent. They say every disappointment leads to some good, we found Nick :)

Nick-Plumbing just completed a whole house polybutylene pipe replacement with Pex pipe and hot water heater replacement. They had best quoted price, provided sheetrock repair/repainting that other plumbers didn't. Other companies were quoting Pex B while Nick quoted Uponor Pex A, a superior product, for a comparable price. They arrived on time each day, laid down floor protection on all traffic surfaces and did a professional job. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We had new counters and kitchen sink installed, counter top people demolished kitchen sink plumbing to install an under mount sink. Nick stopped by on time, a little early actually and had the sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher plumbed in no time. He also tackled a minor bath leak as well.
