Mike and his team have gone above and beyond for not only myself, but members of my family whom I recommended to him. His compassion, dedication to "doing the right thing" and extraordinary customer service, are some of the best I have ever experienced. I feel part of his "State Farm Family" and really believe in insurance again. I am quite certain I have never felt more cared for by a service industry. His level of standard is high, and his desire to delight is great! Moreover when shopping for Life Insurance, Mike, and his agency, was clearly the perfect match. Great rates, peace of mind for my family, and outstanding customer care. If you are looking for a change, or just want to talk to someone who takes insurance seriously- give him a call. We switched from another auto insurance company to State Farm and it’s been great! Rachel was able to give me MORE coverage for almost $100 less! She also explained to me and educated me on the insurance I was receiving versus what I have now with State Farm. Mike was so friendly and you can tell the work atmosphere is great. Since then, I’ve contacted the office with a few questions and always received a quick and speedy response. I can't even express in words how awesome Mike is, he is an absolute joy & funny as ever!! Mike is very patient, kind, understanding, and just the way he handled my parents was just incredible. Mike explain all the different policies very clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in him. All of our questions or concerns were answered, and never once did I feel rushed. Mike, Emma, and Ann greeted me at this local office. They were lovely and patient people and offered me a bottle of water before we even began. I had never done this much insurance paperwork before and the agents at this office sat with me for an hour and a half going over each aspect and concern of policies that would be applicable and feasible for me. All of this work was done without any guarantee of me buying a single thing. When I called to follow up with additional information, they took all that they could and told me they would get me quotes over the weekend so I could talk it through with my loved ones. I would recommend this agency specifically to anyone!

Mike is an amazing agent as well as his staff. I have been unhappy with my agent I had. Mike and his staff take there time and explain my policy very clearly for me to understand. Mike also explained what I need and don't need. I highly recommend his office and I will definitely refer to his office.

I have NEVER had an insurance agency group like this in my life. The team is consistent with knowing any questions or needs I have and respond very promptly every time. They are exceedingly friendly and thorough, going through my finances (which I didn't expect and was initially hesitant on) and balancing the right insurance coverage for me and explaining things extremely well. This doesn't mean they upsell - they don't! They also say "here's a situation where.... and here's what Wisconsin's minimums are... but you don't need xyz because... " and one year later they called me back and we had a sit-down review - Mike praised some of the savings and changes I've made and we evaluated where my insurance coverage was at the time. It was also either the cheapest or 2nd cheapest I found at the time - but very competitive.

I highly recommend this office because they are absolutely the most honest, friendly and outgoing service folks I've ever done business with. 10 stars.

I've had Mike as my agent for almost 2 years now. Fan*tas*tic* I came to mike after my last agent destroyed my life with vehicles basically. Didnt turn over proper documents when he was supposed to, didnt update vehicle info when my car was totalled and I had to replace it. Lots of problems.
MIKE was able to help me and get it all sorted out. He also even did a few house calls for me when i was pregnant and just after having my daughter. We had weird work schedules and going into office just wasnt in our time. Hes been amazing.

Excellent agent. Such a people person and the ladies are so nice as well. I'm not just a client when I walk in there I feel like we're family. We talk about life and just random things. He's not trying to throw different products at you. He's just a down to Earth great person.
