Very professional and nice. The staff is wonderful and they actually care about the person and not just the money. Its always fast and accurate service. They can send text alerts for you. They can do all the stuff that the bigger pharmacy do, the difference is that they really care about their customers and they will do what ever they can do to make it easier for you. I recommend them to everyone who talks about a pharmacy cause once you try them out, you won't go anywhere else cause their service is number one in Wisconsin. I've never left an review but that went beyond my expectations so I felt like that's the least I can do. If I can help it, I will never go to any other pharmacy besides them. I wish I could of gave them 10 stars cause 5 ain't enough For the excellent service They provide each and every customer. And I just want to say thank you and keep up the excellent service you guys provide. I am one of many very very satisfied customers.

I love Medpack. The pharmacist Kuran and his staff are so nice and welcoming. The wait time is never long. Just all around AWESOME! Walgreens who? Lol

Khurram is Awesome! I truly appreciate the attentiveness they provide and they get you in and out very quickly. They text when your prescription is ready, you're also offered a free beverage, faxing ,notarization and they give the best info regarding how to take your medication. I absolutely love this pharmacy!!!

Khurram and Norman are by far the best pharmacist that I've ever encountered! They are very professional and caring. I suffer from extremely bad asthma, and Khurram went over and beyond to make sure I had my inhaler! It was at that moment that I realized that Medpack Pharmacy has a passion for the services rendered. I would like to tell everyone, If you are tired of waiting 2 plus hours for your meds to be filled, then please stop at Medpack. Where the family there treats you like family! And all prescriptions are filled in 10 minutes or less!!!!! And the also offer free soft drinks to all for waiting. They are professional and courteous. They always make an attempt to get insurance to cover my prescriptions. I started using this place as Walgreens and CVS were making it impossible to fill a particular script.

Staff was very professional and nice. Pharmacist really cares about his customers. Unlike Walgreens and Wal-Mart there's no wait time... You can also ask for delivery..
