Top Ten Nails

I moved down the street (Apache Avenue) 5 months ago. I’ve been coming here at least once a month since. I highly recommend this place for a few reasons: 1) each technician takes their time; they do not rush; they take so much pride in their work. 2) They’re very hospitable and kind; they genuinely and authentically socialize with each customer and they’re funny. 3) I’ve been in the shop when they had difficult customers—people who just come in already having a bad day and they aren’t mindful of how irritable and rude they show up; however, these ladies handle unsatisfied customers with so much patience, grace, and understanding. Whenever I do a review and it’s this long, please understand that it was truly deserving. I wouldn’t take time out of my life to write something if I didn’t mean it. I love my pedicure every time! I love the atmosphere. It’s the only thing I get time to do for self-care these days, and I look forward to coming each month. Thank you, Ladies! Keep up the great work. Your passion, skills, and kindness is greatly appreciated.

Out of all the nail shops I have visited in Savannah, this nail salon by far has the best customer service and services are affordable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is very welcoming and shop is very neat, clean, and organized. The owner was available to do my nails and she took her time to ensure I was satisfied with the shape and color although she stayed way past the closing time. What really made me continue to come to this shop is one day I went to my hometown to get my nails done. About 2 days later all the rhinestone came off. When I got to Savannah I immediately went to the 1st nail shop I seen and asked the woman at the counter can she take off all the rhinestones and paint them to match the gel color on my nail. She didn’t hesitate..immediately picked out the exact same color I already had on my nails and shaped them perfectly. She thanked me and asked me to come back. I came back the following week and again no fail..epic customer service and flawless nails. Walk- ins are accepted. However, appointments are highly recommended.

This nail shop I'm very satisfied with there service. All times I have gone, have done an excellent job. Nail shop is very clean. Staff very professional and friendly. Jeep up the good work.

I had a fantastic experience at this place! Top notch people working on my very, Very difficult feet & nails. The end result was more than awesome! Very nice place, beautiful! Great massage chairs & a very attentive staff! I can’t believe they got my feet to not only look normal, but beautiful! Ms Lee & protégé “Daysia” worked very hard & Bery efficiently to bring my feet to a beautiful standard! And both were so nice about making not feel embarrassed about the “state” of my “oh so very unattractive feet”!! Daysia said, “don’t worry, we’re here to fix you right! No worries here!”

I’ve gone to this salon for years and they are absolutely the best! I e been down on my luck financially & haven’t been able to afford a pedicure for a very a very long time. And it showed!!! They are the best! Pls patron this place! They deserve your hard earned money for a treatment fir yourself that is well deserved! They’ll make sure you’re handled properly!

I was pleasantly surprised with the service and professionalism I received today. My nails and feet came out beautifully and I have finally found the right shop for me . I will be back.

Joy is very good and she is very attentive to her work! She takes her time and never rushes. She is the
only person I go to for pedicures and she does my French polish just the way I like. She is also very nice and kind.

I've been going here for about 2 years & Lee the owner always does my nails! She shapes them so well & is so sweet! They have a variety of colors. I've never had an unpleasant experience here. I shared a picture of my goldish colored nails above!

DIVINE SERVICE!!! My nails have never looked better! When my husband died suddenly I entered a dark period of my life. I felt ugly and unwanted by all. Then one night I drunkenly stumbled upon this heavenly place. I was greeted by a beautiful STRONG Vietnamese woman who guided me through picking an gorgeous color for my liking. The manicure was simply magnificent and truly therapeutic. The care by Top Ten Nails brought me out of my misery and depression. I am happy to say I and 3 months clean because of this amazing staff and family oriented business. I now feel beautiful and young again. Though no one could ever replace Doug, I have met a new love of my life and he loves my nails done by Top Ten Nails. I plan on getting married in the fall to Kyle and we will be getting couples manicures and pedicures in preparation for the wedding. Top Ten Nails will also be doing my wedding nails and I am sure they will meet every expectation I have. THANK YOU TOP TEN NAILS!!!

Went to top ten kind of nervous dislike trying new nail shop. Well I definitely will be back to see joy. I went to famous nails to try this young lady there and the nails were cute bit to much acrylic so it was over my cuticle. Joy fixed my nails and I'm satisfied. Thank you

My first time at this location it was pretty busy for a second but me and my family was able to get our mani and pedi right before closing the staff was nice and funny. Will be back thanks for the services!
