Seabass Restaurant

Delicious. Flaky and yet juicy Chilean sea bass, creamy risotto. The best part was the pork dumplings that were perfectly fried but not crunchy. We liked them so much we got a second order as our dessert. The snapper and Unagi sushi were also good, just not as good as the other items we ordered. One thing needing improved is the drink options; they said they will get their liquor license on May 30, 2021. Great music ambiance and attentive service. Definitely give this place a try.

Absolutely delightful dining experience, the food was amazing and the prices were surprisingly affordable, the House Noodle was fifteen bucks and my girlfriend couldn’t even finish there was so much. The service was also amazing and the all the staff and the owner were very friendly. Highly, highly recommended.

This place is a must!!! Came by with two of my best friends that actually recently visited and it was AMAZING!!! I ordered the pad thai, it was delightfully peanuty and tasty. Dessert was absolutely incredible! Service was awesome, we were laughing the whole time and drinks always stayed full! If you’re looking for somewhere to dine, no place compares!!! :)))

I love their Pho! They give out big portions of food! Perfect for the price. In the pictures below are what I order everytime I go. Summer rolls & Beef/meatball Pho! I promise you won’t be disappointed. 😁

We were visiting elderly family in Savannah as we often do, and now that all of us are vaccinated we wanted sneak out to a close by restaurant. Happened on to Sea Bass and made reservations not knowing what to expect. All was wonderful and we expect will be more wonderful when they get their liquor permit in a few weeks. Grace was our server and it was obvious from the start that the ownership took pride in service and food preparation. Very much an Asian Fusion flare. I like to sample Calamari wherever I go and it was light and very nice, though too small a portion to share with more than two. Tried the House Roll and it was lovely. At the table we had Sea Bass, Scallops and 'lollipop' New Zealand lamb. (a small dip in the light curry sauce on the side was a nice touch, but the lamb was not gamy at all). All very nicely prepared and presented. The risotto edamame was surprisingly good. Definitely five stars and we will return when we can have a glass of wine with the meal. Suggest all of South Savannah give them a try quickly before they get more crowded.

Amazing eclectic restaurant! We stopped in the area for one evening and whenever possible try not to eat at the normal chains that surround hotels. This was one of the most pleasant surprises we’ve had in or recent travels. The food was wonderful and the dumplings were homemade, satay chicken with peanut sauce excellent. The difference rolls we had were great with all the sushi fresh and tender. I only pray this small restaurant is able to find a following tucked away from the hotels and found by the locals so that on our next visit through the Savannah area we can enjoy it again.

We went there tonight and ordered the food to go not only was it an easy ordering experience but the food was delicious and the price was just right. Chloe and the team they definitely know what they’re doing this is a place that we will return often.
The snapper risotto was outstanding the spring rolls and pork dumplings were definitely handmade we can’t wait to try the desserts.We recommend it to everyone in Savannah.

This was an absolutely delectable dinner...ginger salad, house roll, lamb chops with rossoto and the most sensational sweet sticky mango rice (their secret dessert) to end the sea of marvelous flavors! Carter, our server was knowledgeable and super attentive, but did not hover. Bruce came out to speak with us to check on our enjoyment during the meal and again to chat with us at the end of the meal. We were happy with our choice of Seabass Restaurant and will most definitely return over and over again.

Seabass was a wonderful dining experience. The outside is deceiving. It's a corner restaurant in a small shopping complex. Inside Seabass is very clean with comfortable seating and a relaxed ambience. We started with steamed pork dumplings and fried calamari. Both were excellent with wonderful dipping sauces. Next, we had salads. I ordered the ginger salad which had such a pretty presentation and with colorful fresh produce and I loved the ginger dressing. We finished with a California roll and a tuna tartare appetizer. Again, fresh, pretty presentations and really good food!!

We would highly recommend this cozy restaurant. Trust me, it will be worth it!
The entire staff was friendly and attentive.
The restaurant was very clean, including the restroom.
The kitchen was accommodating to my food allergies.
The prices are a great value for the quality of food. There is a nice variety for everyone. The average entre is around $15. They do have a children's menu, but I personally, wouldn't recommend it for small children.
Now, let's talk about the food. Phenomenal! I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass with seasoned vegetables which also came with a ginger salad. The ginger dressing was like none I've ever tasted. (I'm still trying to figure out the recipe.) The bass was grilled and seasoned perfectly. Melted in my mouth. The seasoned vegetables were so incredibly delicious! I could eat those every day of my life. My husband had filet mignon (it was a rare date night) with creamy risotto. His steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. It was so tender you could cut it with your fork. Delicious! The risotto was rich and creamy. It came with a few sauces on the side, but it was perfect without them.
Sorry, I didn't take pictures because as soon as I saw my food, I just wanted to eat!
Drive 15 min from the historical district. You won't be sorry (and you'll pay half the price).

This place checked all of the boxes. Food quality, value, cleanliness. We are so grateful to have discovered this hidden gem. Will definitely be back. We had the grilled shrimp risotto and the snapper risotto. Kids had the chicken tenders and fries. Everyone cleaned their plates.

What a great find for a week in Savannah..I'll be going back for the Pho before we leave back to Atlanta.. The sea bass was perfect and the spinach in the risotto made it so good. We also had the spicy run tuna which was so good. Ohhh the calamari was perfectly fried,and we ended up getting 2 orders..my little boy couldn't get enough. My son got the spaghetti and it came out fast,so I took a bite and couldn't stop eating it.. Great food.. great service..

Had a great time there. Just the atmosphere we wanted. Food was great. Drinks were nice. We had a hiccup with paying because someone before us messed up their card system, but it was no biggie. Waiter was nice and welcoming. Will be coming back soon. Owner is a great guy that tries his best to give you the dining experience you would want anywhere else!

My husband and I along with two friends had dinner at Seabass last night. We had spring rolls (veggie), salads, salmon, calamari and tuna and all dishes were outstanding. The staff was professional, courteous and very attentive. We look forward to our next visit!

Had dinner with my family here. We had the Chilean sea bass, filet mignon, and the red curry chicken. Everything was perfect and the customer service was amazing! We will definitely be back. Bruce, the owner, came over to our table and talked to us as well. Great food and great staff!

Best tacos I've ever had, hands down. Tae was our server, she was kind and very knowledgeable about the menu. service was understandably slow, as they were under-staffed, but the food was well worth the wait. easiest 5 star review I've written.

Seabass Restaurant is a fantastic local addition to Southside Savannah! We ordered take out and were very pleased with the food and service. Upon picking up the order I noted how clean and tidy the inside of the restaurant appeared. The owner was extremely friendly and service was prompt. This will be our new go to restaurant!

WOW, great new place. Had calamari, satay, ginger salad and sea bass. It was terrific! Service was awesome. Wish i lived closer to go back. I recommend it. If im ever near here im going to go directly there. Don't mind the problem someone had with the bank.

I ordered the pad thai, pork dumplings, and the tuxedo bomb; all of it was delicious! The service was friendly and the interior was nice. I will definitely recommend Seabass and will be back!
