Kohl's

I highly recommend this store. It is clean, well organized and has lovely merchandise. The store associates went above and beyond my expectations in customer service. It's probably the nicest treatment I've ever received shopping in a retail outlet. I've not shopped Kohl's before, because it's far from my home, but now I will be returning. It's worth the drive. Thank you so much.

Pretty much a standard Kohl's. It appeared to be well kept and the staff was friendly whenever we interacted with them. The Amazon returns are in the back by the toys as well as the Customer Service. I am used to Customer Service being in the front of Kohl's, but this works as well. Parking was easy.

This Kohl’s store is great. The selection of merchandise is good. It’s one of the largest store. They have self checkout that help when the lines are long. The associate was so helpful to make this process simple.

Kohl's parking lot is well lite and ample. The store Always have a great temperature. The staff is all over, willing to help and always with a smile. I was in the clearance section some of the prices were not marked. I asked an employee whom was helping another customer and she said she would be back in a few minutes. I waited and less than a minute later she was back to assist me.
The store is split into sections with the men's to the right follow by kitchen and the bedding. To the left we have misses, petites, kids, toys and customer service. The middle is jewelry, lingerie, young adults and electronics. Kohl's have excellent discount programs ( Yes2You Rewards, Kohl's cash...). Not like others were you need to buy something extra to get the money... At Kohl's all you need to do is buy what you need. If you have a $10 Kohl's cash and you purchase an $8 item is Okay....
Currently the store is having up to .70% off.
The bathroom facilities are extremely clean.

Had a bunch of returns from prime day and Bobbi at the Amazon returns counter was so helpful. She did a fantastic job getting all 20 items returned and even gave me a 15% off coupon so I could get something nice.

Wonderful experience with the cashier at Kohl's on my recent visit. She went above and beyond duty to help me with my purchase and to get the proper discount and then helped me renew my Kohl's charge. Also she told me if I wanted to buy anything additional it would be an added 35% off my purchase so I spent another $100.
The store manager should definitely promote this worker and she could train employees how to treat customers and sell more.

This is a great, clean and very organized store. It has self check-outs now. They have so many items to buy, from candy, toys, shoes and lots of clothes for all family members!

Recently had a great experience while shopping at Kohl's. Terrific sales, available merchandise, and the most patient, kindest check out associate. Made my trip from NE St. Petersburg worth my while!

Kohls had some great bargains. Most everything I bought was marked dow and an additional 50% off of that.

I love Kohl’s. They usually have what I’m looking for at a reasonable price; and if it’s not in store, it’s easy to order online. Returns are always easy, too.

KOHL's never disappoints! Always lots of inventory, usually have sales or reductions and the KOHL;s staff is friendly and helpful.

Went here last week. Had a rude encounter with 2 old ladies at the check out line and they were rushing us while we were checking out and making rude comments when there were other cash registers open and we offered to let them cut in front of us but they refused and kept complaining. The manager Lonnie apologized for them and was very considerate , professional and kind about the situation. Thank you. We will be coming back despite the interaction with the customers

Always the. best customer service. Associates are always friendly & knowledgeable. Know what they’re doing to promptly resolve issues. Lonni was very helpful & friendly when we were there.
