We recently moved into a new neighborhood in Canton that unfortunately did not have WiFi capability. We visited T-mobile looking for assistance with hot spot devices. We were greeted right away by Rachel, the manager, who was very friendly and approachable. She directed us to Marquis for help with a hotspot device. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but also extremely kind and patient! We had such a great experience at this store that we returned a month later to switch my cell provider and purchase the latest iPhone. We once again received great customer service which can be hard to come by these days! I highly recommend this T-Mobile store!

Henry is awesome!! He saved my phone from losing everything and transferred it over to my new phone. He is always helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Whatever he is being paid isn't enough! Thanks again, Henry!

After a DISMAL experience with a T-Mobile sales person online (NOT customer service), I came to the Canton store for help. Henry was professional and very determined to try to help me. There were a few things I had to go to T-Mobile customer for and C.J. was extremely helpful but BEWARE OF THE SALES PEOPLE IF YOU SHOP ONLINE AT T-MOBLE. They sail very close to dishonest practices.

The experience, so far, with this carrier, has been exceptional . The Mobile Specialist, Valentina concisely outlined the plans available, the phone options and prices and as important all the promotions available. She also set up our phones for the conversion from another carrier - Well done T-Mobile

Edgar was great. 5 star customer service. He explained the TMOBILE Home Internet option and how to use the gateway device with helping to download the app.

My whole family went in to upgrade phones, and try to deal with the process of changing carriers, and let me tell you, Henry and Rachel were THE BEST at what they do. They knew everything there was to know and answered every question we had for them and were super patient throughout the whole process. They weren’t super pushy like car dealers and made sure we left with the best deal. They walked us through every step and I left the store with no additional questions, and I’m sure every other employee is just the same. 10/10 would recommend anyone trying to upgrade phone or switch plans to go here it was the best phone experience I’ve had.

Rachel and Henry went above and beyond for us! We had an extremely complicated port from a land line to T-Mobile. They both took the time to contact support, ensure we knew what was going on, met with me at the store, and then provided solid follow-up. Super professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Rachel and Henry were so patient and kind and super easy to work with! We went in wanting to merge from Sprint to T mobile and we’re advised the first time to wait a little bit for a better promotion. They could have just taken our money after 3 hours and 6 phones but they didn’t. Went back two weeks later and they spent another 3 hours with us, took time to show us everything and set up each phone. I also would like to add that the first time Rachel showed such kindness and patience as she set up a 97 year old hard of hearing gentlemen with his first phone! If it were my Dad or grandfather I would be thrilled with how kind she was toward him!!

I had the Best Customer Service from T Mobile Representative BRETT. He was outstanding and he really made my day. Everything I needed he help me with and he took his time with me. Henry and Rachel (and others) were some of the most helpful, enjoyable, and friendly retail employees I’ve come across. Extremely knowledgeable and eager to help the customer get the best situation. If higher then 5 stars was possible I would rate this store more.
