This is my 3rd time visiting Alpha and Omega and every time I take my car or my husbands D and staff are professional and efficient. If you need car repairs don’t hesitate to go.

He's very over priced. I came to him because no one else was open after 5 and he charged me more then he should for a value for a tired. Over all he was very nice.

I was there as a vendor to program a vehicle. the owner claimed I never got there even though I informed him I was 5 min away he said ok no problem. When I got there I called him again to let him know I was there so he can come out and meet me but he didn't pick up and he wasn't even at the shop. I kept calling and texting him, I even waited on him for about 20-30 min after arrival and still no call back, no text, no answer, nothing. I ended up leaving and driving 30 min back where I was which in total took away 1.5 hr of my time. Then when he called me back and had the audacity to tell me I never showed up and was waiting on me all day and he could see through the cameras that I never showed up. the least he could've done was apologize and pay me the service fee to come out. we ended up cutting all business relationship.

Horrible Owner, very rude and doesn't pay respect to customer or anyone ho wants to inquire about the business.
