While I was in this location about an hour ago, I came across a random bottle of Essie nail polish in the toy aisle of all places! It was such a unique + cool color but at the same time I thought… do I really need another bottle of nail polish?! Nope! So I put it back + checked out!

Well, I couldn’t stop thinking about + could’ve kicked myself for not checking the name of it! I tried to find it through Google and the Essie website, with no luck! So I called Walgreens and got the nicest employee named NERLANDE on the phone…

NERLANDE went above + beyond for me by searching for the polish I could only describe as a “yellow Essie polish!” 😂 keep in mind Essie has several categories of nail polish… lacquered, chip resistant, gel, long, lasting… just to name a few AND the polish I was searching out, was all NOT where nail care items should have been!

Not only did NERLANDE find it for me, she literally spelled it out for me all the while she rang up the next customer at the register!! NERLANDE then ended the call with…
“it was my pleasure to help you, I will hold it up here by the register in case you decide to purchase it!” NERLANDE the proceeded to wish me… “a blessed and beautiful day!”

NERLANDE is an amazing person and a hard worker! I can only hope that Walgreens values and appreciates what an asset NERLANDE is for their company!

I have used this pharmacy since I came to live in Delray. I am most satisfied with the service given by its employees. Congratulations...

I love this location. Plenty of parking; easy in and out.

I have been very pleased with the service from this Walgreens.

Horrible. Tried calling the pharmacy multiple times, someone picks up and immediately puts me on hold without saying a word. Multiple times. So rude and disrespectful. CVS it is.

The last time I was at this deficient store I got out of my vehicle and I tripped over the amount of garbage that was strewn all over the property. This time the beer cooler is completely empty but yet there are displays of warm beer at the front of the store. I guess it's a real stretch to figure out when all of the beer is sold out in the cooler you put the warm beer in the refrigerator. Apparently the only reason Walgreens is in business is to sell addictive prescription drugs. They don't know how to stock or sell food

THE WORST! The pharmacy is really just the worst. Avoid it if you can. There's one woman in particular, don't know her name unfortunately, but she treats people like pure garbage, she's so rude and demeaning, she is absolutely in the wrong profession. You are dealing with people and their medication, furthermore there's a medication shortage which is making it really difficult for some people. You should try and have a little bit of compassion or empathy, but she has none and does not care one bit. I have heard her interactions with other people and know of people that do not go there anymore because of her and to be honest, I have no idea how no one has addressed this. If I was treating clients like that at my job, I would be unemployed. Try another pharmacy if you can.

This location is horrible very rude cashiers and Pharmacy needs help and retraining on Customer Service filling a prescription is like pulling teeth here wouldn’t recommend this location to ANYONE

Use this pharmacy if like people complaining about doing their jobs, tell you one thing but not mean it, and constantly threatens to not fill your prescription then this is the pharmacy for you. Horrible customer service by all the pharmacy technicians. One of the worst pharmacies I have ever seen. They are a joke

Poor customer service. The photo department was a joke. Showed no concern for how our passport photos looked to us. Was told keep lips together and take jewelry off. Which we discovered was not necessary. Do yourself a favor an avoid stepping in this place.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING!! ABSOLUTELY POORLY RAN STORE! I’ve been calling since 12. Hung up on 3x. This is no way to run a pharmacy! I’m calling with questions regarding my child’s medication. So now I’m going to get in my car while still holding on the phone and show out at this pharmacy. 😘see y’all soon. -a very unhappy mother!!

The bathrooms were so floored it reached out to the aisles. Thankful I had boots on but if someone has flip-flops on their feet would get soaked. Not even a wet floor sign was up. I went out of my way to find one and put on up, to prevent and accident.

The pharmacists are beyond rude. Learn how to listen and speak to customers without attitude.

They have been telling me my medication is on back order, when they didn’t even know that its has been discontinued. Very rude pharmacist and staff.

Worst service ever! Don’t sent your FedEx packages here. They always say it didn’t arrive so they don’t need to look for it. Lazy employees!
