Really clean park, full of people gatering there, plenty of runner.

Great place to spend some time in familly too.

What a beautiful way to complete a cardio workout! The LSU Lakes this time of year never disappoints. I love the high-traffic walk. If you walk around both lakes, you will complete a workout close to five miles. 💪🏾🏃🏾‍♀

Lovely little park situated next to the University lakes of Baton Rouge, LA. Parking is currently very tight due to the lake revitalization project using the centrally located parking spaces as temp storage for construction materials. There is also a boat/ kayak launch but with the current work on the lakes, water levels are barely deep enough to paddle through.

Beautiful park and lake - love cycling around the trail ! The sunsets are awesome - some seasonal berries, some tortoises and some birds !

This is a nice park to hang out and enjoy nature. It is close to LSU so there can be urban noise. There are Canadian geese, ducks, coots, and squirrels. People also come here for photo shoots. Benches and picnic tables are available with ample parking.

Very nice park, great place for families to have a picnic, and beautiful scenery right on LSU lake. I enjoy coming here for sunsets. Picnic tables with covering, or out in the open with a grill, are provided. There are also bathroom facilities. Walking/running trail around lake just about 4.5 mi. My family and I have also brought bread crumbs to feed ducks as well. There is much open space to play frisbee or soccer, and there is also adequate tree coverage for hotter days too.

Really a serene place to hangout. And a track around the lake is awesome. You can even hire a electric bike to take a round around the lake.

It's a nice park. They are doing work there now so it's crowded but ok.

My favorite spot to sit by the water and relax. Really big fan of how peaceful and calm it is on average, and the turtles come right up to you to hang out.

This place is a fantastic place! I love sitting at the piers there,watching nature,and talking to GOD!

Its a really nice place to be with family. Perfect for a picnic and the experience is nice. There were colorful dragonflies. A lot of them. And they land on you too

No better place for a run in Baton Rouge! Great trails around the lake and easy access to LSU campus as well.

Park is small, but a good start point to jog/walk around the lake. Lake is beautiful...
