Kenya and her team were great keeping the communication constant throughout the repair. She helped address the concerns I had instilling confidence in the work being completed. All said and done the car came back looking better than before.

I’m very appreciate of Kenya during the whole process. Although my car had some unexpected issues that resulting in more time needed for repair, she handled my concerns and worries with ease and kept me updated the entire process. My car repair is immaculate & I would highly recommend.

Not only did Carstar do a great job repairing the collision damage on my Toyota Camry, but they did so in a pretty timely fashion, considering the car is over 12 years old and getting parts might not be so easy. The best part was they answered the phone and they were really clear about their plans and very kind. don’t go anywhere else!

I actually live a mile around the corner from CarStar and it is not only highly rated, it was highly recommended by the rental car and my insurance company. I was in a car accident and the majority of the damage was on my back passenger side door. Not only did CarStar make my car look like New, they even vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my car. I was also impressed with how often the shop communicated with me via text message and a call or two. There were no shocks or surprises. Everyone was strait with me and completely professional and knowledgeable. In the event I need a body shop, I will definitely return here. Great people and great place.

Phil and Kenya are a pleasure to work with, they are very professional and knowledgeable. The quality of work from the shop was outstanding. They brought my 25 year old pickup back to life after years of neglect and abuse. It was also developing some light surface rust that had to be sanded away. The truck is now smooth and shiny again. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
I had a ding on the bumper of my 2011 Porsche Panamera. My deductible was $500 and was advised by the insurance company that it would cost well in excess of that to fix. I took the car in and they did it for less than my deductible. In addition to the ding, I had torn the underside of the bumper and also had some deep scratches on the other side of the bumper which had been touched up previously. They fixed these for me too and polished out a large scratch on the wheel arch. The car looks like new.
Easy to deal with, very efficient and courteous. I hope I don't have another accident, but if I do, I'll be going straight back there. Highly recommended
