Schrail was so sweet and helpful with my prescription. She went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She has a huge heart. ❤

The other associate that helped me find my bandages was very attentive and helpful.

Worked with the pharmacy a couple of times to use my discount card to get the price down. First lady I talked to told me to try again later, the second woman I talk to when I called back was extremely helpful and did everything she could to help me and tried many different discount cards till the system accepted it. So grateful for her going the extra mile!

Very professional, courteous, and helpful staff. Visited to receive vaccines without an appointment and staff found a way to quickly deliver despite difficulties with my insurance. Highly recommended!!

Pharmacy department I just wanna shout out Anjanette I called about my prescriptions and Rx information and it had been a day since I was able to get them because the amount was so high I called the next day and spoke with her when I say she was very helpful and I was definitely satisfied and was able to get my medication for reasonable affordable price thanks again.

This store is 100% better than Youngsville one. Pharmacy is very helpfull on very little wait time. I drop off lot of my ups boxes with the store Manger. He been very help full. I just wish the CVS in Youngsville close to me would be as great as this store, but sadly it the totaly opposite so I will only go to this one.

Yay, this location has the traditional layout including grocery and household items. (No health center which takes up space and is not used.) I found several items I used to purchase at CVS but have not found at other stores lately. Plus, the cashier at the counter was very friendly.

The pharmacy staff went above and beyond to fill a difficult to find medication my daughter was needing for her kidneys. They were determined to help us and they were so kind. Shout out to Cherelle and staff that worked tonight to help my daughter get the medication she desperately needed. You all are amazing and heroes. Thank you all.

The manager Vivian went above and beyond to help me get my photo order figured out. I was told one thing by one employee who did not honor what she told me she was going to do and Vivian was so kind about helping me work it out. I’m so appreciative! Great customer service.

Ann at CVS pharmacy is awesome!!! After having an issue with BCBS which I won i still had to wait 30 days til new I'D card which meant my coverage was down til then. I needed life saving insulin which cost 700 dollars. After discussing it with Ann she handed me my insulin and said bring the updated card in when it arrives....thank God humanity still exists....the world needs more people like Ann. Thank you so much and CVS too!

The staff in the pharmacy is excellent. I had lost a bottle of medicine and they were able to get me a 30 day supply by doing a lot of leg work and and making phone calls. I know Ann was a big help in this process.

This is by far the friendliest CVS that I have ever been to, ever. They have a huge tram of pharmacists who go out of their way to quickly fill your order and they're SO kind.
