Congress Grove Apartments

I just moved out of Congress Grove. I was only there for one year and it was the most awesome community I've ever lived in. Management is really great and the neighbors are very friendly.

From move in to move out the management/leasing team was very pleasant. My move out especially, came at a time when I was dealing with other family affairs. It was a very stressful time for me. The staff at Congress grove were very patient with me.

This property is beautiful, and I have lots of new friends there. I will visit soon and definitely recommend congress grove as I will always consider them when looking for an apartment.

This complex was the best
decision you can make in comfortable living. The management staff is above and beyond! Always with a solution & personable!! Maintenance gets taken care of within 24 to 48 hours.
They address everything immediately! I’ve never seen an operation run so smoothly! Definitely a job well done. Thank you for making me comfortable.

Every aspect of my tenancy at Congress Grove was incredible, from an efficient application and move-in process to quick and definitive completions of services requests (including the replacement of a microwave oven). The common areas are in excellent condition and fellow residents are warm and friendly and the environment is quiet and relaxed. Management has always provided me with best in class professional support. Upon my return to Florida I would definitely become a CG resident again! Thanks to the entire team for a great experience.

I normally don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I felt this time it was needed. All too often customer service has been something that doesn’t appear to be first and foremost on the minds of businesses. However, I can tell you that my visit to Congress Grove not only was it enjoyable, but they made me feel like I was at home Lacasha did a great job with the tour showing me The property and all the amenities that it has offer. I look forward to being part of the Congress Grove family and highly recommend if you’re in search for an apartment home, take a moment and stop by. It’s well worth it.

I can’t speak to living here but I can say Lacasha gave an amazing 5 star tour and I loved what I saw. Definitely on top of my list to live! Seems like a really fun community!

Beautiful apartments, GREAT tour. If you’re wondering if this is the right community for you don’t hesitate to book a tour with Lacasha Lawson. There couldn’t have been a better informed person with more information than Lacasha. She showed us everything we asked for, we asked many questions and she didn’t hesitate to answer any and provided thorough, understandable information with full detail. My wife and I left more than satisfied with the way we were treated and Ms. Lawsons services. There is no question to why she’s at that big desk in the front office, she is simply the best at what she does.

We love living at Congress grove! We’re going on our second year now and love how friendly the community is as a whole. From the amazing office staff, to the controlled access, and the community events I’m loving every minute of living here

Alta Congress was love at first sight! Everything I read about this building was accurate and spot-on: the amenities, the cleanness, organization, location, staff, etc. Our leasing process went smooth and fast. Finding a home when you live out-of-state can be challenging and difficult, but Rebekah Rowsell was our lifesaver, working above and beyond to clarify all our questions by e-mail and phone. From our first visit to the walkthrough, Rebekah and the staff made us feel safe and comfortable, always wearing a mask and respecting the social distance protocols. As we settle in, I can't think about any negative aspects that would impact my expectations. A massive thanks to Rebekah for welcoming us and for being so courteous and professional!

I love this community, I’ve been living here for almost a year and in my opinion the amenities are excellent, my apartment is very nice and comfortable. Property is well maintained thanks to the maintenance workers. The management is absolutely wonderful. Broderick is professional and very helpful. The girls in the leasing office are amazing, they are super responsive and kind.

Serena and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The coffee was very good too. I highly recommend this place. Thanks.

The positives

- the units are very nice and the pictures online are very representative of the actual units. They do a great job cleaning in between tenants
- maintenance - we had 2 squeaky doors and a cabinet that had a loose screw. Was fixed within hours of letting Denise know.
- Denise was/is super responsive and very kind.
- the whole process of applying and moving was extremely straightforward and easy

The “bad”
- I don’t really have any complaints just some minor inconveniences
- cell reception is spotty inside the units but WiFi is great and my balcony has reception and I have reception in the living room area of my unit.
- I tend to have to meet delivery drivers in the garage which isn’t a big deal but minor inconvenience. Technically there’s a keypad and they can get to my unit but it tends to be easier to just walk and meet them.

Overall this has been super simple, easy and I really enjoy living here.

Denise has been amazing through the whole process.

When my family and I moved down to Florida a few years ago it was a struggle finding a nice place to live. We probably visited and toured every apartment community in south Florida. We were disappointed with the size and lack of space that most places offered, especially with the insane rent prices. We were ready to move back to NY until we found Congress Grove. Honestly you wont find a more spacious and comfortable place to live down here unless you plan on buying a million dollar condo. Other apartments dont even compare. Dont waste your time looking around. You wont find better.

7 years and 8 months I’ve lived in this community which is now Congress Grove Apartments and I will let you know this is the first administration that has done more this community then the past administration’s manager. I have not met the new manager yet which I know her name is Kelly. I commend her that all that she has done to improve this community since she has taken office here. I also want to say Denise in Lacasha, who work in the office they are terrific. They have help ed me with any little problems that I’ve had and then taking care of them right away. So thank you for that to anyone out there. You will enjoy living here.

I had an AC emergency the other day and the maintenance guys were able to take care of it right away. They are aLeah’s efficient and communicative if they need to explain something. Ricky Max and Leonard are one of the best maintenance teams that I have seen since living in apartment complexes! Seriously, just some laid back and honest guys!

Home is where Congress Grove is!!
I just moved in and I can honestly say that this is a wonderful community with beautiful amenities and spacious updated apartment homes! I love living here already and couldn’t be happier!
Also a HUGE shout out to Lacasha, Denise, Brodrick and Kelly! You guys are the best staff/team and have helped me find a wonderful place to call HOME!

Alta Congress has offered me the most incredible living experience over the past year! My apartment is gorgeous and spacious, and the building's common spaces are even more stunning. However, the thing that most makes me happy to live here is the staff. Never in my years of renting have I encountered a front office that so genuinely cares for a property and residents. Every interaction with them leaves me in such a great mood. Moreover, the maintenance staff is the most incredibly efficient, professional, and polite crew I have ever dealt with. There is so little maintenance necessary for my unit, but this crew gets it all done instantly. I have been recommending Alta Congress to anyone I know, and will continue to do so!

After looking at about a dozen apartment complexes in Delray Beach and Boca Raton, I decided to lease at Congress Grove. I just moved in yesterday but so far I definitely believe I made the right decision. My three bedroom unit is great and I am surprised by how quiet it is inside my apartment. The grounds are kept immaculately and the staff has been available and helpful. Special thanks to Lacasha Lawson for her professionalism and always fast responses from showing me the property to lease execution to onboarding and through the move-in process.

I recently moved across the country to Delray Beach. Before moving I viewed several complexes in the area, and ultimately chose Alta Congress, and I am so glad that I did!
The complex is beautiful, modern, and it's clear the management staff takes great pride in caring for the facility.
The location is perfect - Close proximity to grocery stores, gyms, Atlantic Avenue Bars/Restaurants, and I-95.
As great as living at Alta Congress has been, my favorite part has been their incredible staff. I worked specifically with Maria during my moving process, but Keri, Ashley and Rebekah have all been helpful and fantastic as well!
Moving across the country can be a difficult process, but the Alta Congress team has gone above and beyond to make me feel right at home!

When my boyfriend and I were looking for apartments, Alta Congress was the first one I showed him and the only one we looked at so far and we both were sold. We moved in about 2 months after signing and we are obsessed. Maria made the process so smooth and easy for us. She stayed in contact through the whole process without missing beat. She made us feel so welcome and excited to be a part of the Alta Congress family. Living here is like a resort. It’s cozy, quiet and beautiful. The hammocks are my favorite. Our unit was in near perfect condition with some minor things here and there. The package room and mail room are easily accessible and the parking garage is a luxury I didn’t know I needed, along with the valet trash! All and all, I couldn’t be happier with our decision to live here. This place really feels like home:)
