I wish I could give zero stars. Every time you call, you get a voicemail. We have called and left NUMEROUS messages requesting service as part of our builder warranty, and received only two call backs. The first time, he promised someone would be out the next day- and no one ever showed. When he finally returned the second call, he pretend to be shocked, stating “really? Wow- someone should have come out to fix the light?”. Again- he promised someone would come by before the end of the week…and again? No one showed. This company is HORRIBLE! A neighbor with a new build had the exact same problem. This is simply a yard light that hasn’t worked since we moved into our brand new home 9 MONTHS ago and dispute numerous attempts, haven’t had any success getting this company out here to fix something THEY installed! How do companies like this stay on business??
