iRON BODIES GYM

I've been attending Iron Bodies since its inception almost two years ago. Initially, I was hoping for a gym that would provide an atmosphere conducive to striving for continual improvement. Iron Bodies provided that atmosphere from the beginning.

However, over time this gym has become so much more. This is a not only a gym but a community of lifters that support one another and provide encouraging accountability to help reach their goals. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about achieving their fitness goals and want to be surrounded by some of the most knowledgeable and humble individuals in the Savannah area!

NO OTHER GYM LIKE IT in Savannah, GA and the surrounding areas. Lifters of all kind are welcome, equipment is state-of-the-art and also hard to find, using chalk is encouraged, trainers and coaches have a wealth of experience & knowledge, most members are IMMEDIATELY helpful familiar and unfamiliar and last but not least AFFORDABLE!

Iron Bodies Savannah is what I never knew I always wanted in a gym. Lots of amazing free weights and cool plate loaded machines that will hit your muscles like nothing you have ever experienced! If going hard, lifting heavy, and being around serious weight lifters is what you’re looking for then this is the place for you. If you want lots of cardio equipment, nautilus equipment, and a very limited free weight selection then go to Planet Fitness. This place is for weight lifters and strength athletes - not standard gym goers.

Hands down best gym in Savannah! Family like atmosphere and newest equipment around. They have everything and equipment never seen before. No matter if your training for a competition or just want to get in better shape this facility has it all!

High Quality Gym - My wife and I are not body builders. This gym is great for anyone that is serious about working out and the environment is highly motivational. The equipment here allows for really dynamic workouts and the gym is not oversubscribed!

I stayed in savanna for 3 days, I’ve gone to this gym for only 3 days, I wish I could spend more time in there, the boss is so nice, he wasn’t there on thanksgiving day, he gave me a keycard letting me in. Also the equipments are very professional! Highly recommended this gym,!

I’ve been to a few different gyms in Savannah but Iron Bodies is just different! The goals of everyone vary but there is still a common denominator, dedication! The equipment is amaaazing and there are TWO deadlift platforms (but you can easily find space if those are taken up) ((rubber plates))and SIX squat racks!!! Another thing! Ladies the guys here are not creepers! This is so important. No one is going to be telling you if you lift weights you will look like a man, they won’t stare at you because they are actually lifting... if you need a spot you can seriously ask just about anyone! Super friendly awesome fun STRRROOONG people! This gym has some awesome competitors and you access to trainers, like Ms. Pettyjohn who also goes by AMPfitnessGa on instagram , she is amazing mind, strength, and soul! Physique models and my personal fav, powerlifters! But don’t be scared off, surround youself with greatness and that is what you will become. I love my team the Iron Monks so much! We are all about just making goals and representing health and fitness, we make sure that our family creates goals, conquers, and continues! Come join! Let’s gooo!!!

This gym has a very relaxing environment. There a lot of options to suit your workout style. Very clean and the owner is extremely active and walks around and cleans equipment and racks weights.

The biggest plus about Iron Bodies is the great community of people that motivate each other. There are some really strong and competitive lifters that are inspiring to be around, and there's just a overall friendly vibe No frills, good equipment, 24-hour access.
