Weird how horrible the reviews are. I've had nothing but great experience with this place. Order filled by my dermatologist and they provide the required text updates to confirm my shipping address, and when my item ships, and I think I've also gotten a heads up when it's time to refill. No issues so far. I even tried some suggested items for my skin and they were over the counter, only about $5 each, and working better for me than the actual prescription! I'm about to order more for my trip! Love the pharmacy's automation.

My prescription for a dermatological ointment (if I got it from another pharmacy) would have been $512.00, after insurance. I asked my doctor about why it was so expensive, and they were shocked. They referred my prescription to Carepoint and because they took the route of a mail pharmacy rather than walk up/drive thru, it was a lot less expensive. The customer service at this location has been fantastic. I was unsure how my $512 could be brought down to 0 just by switching the process of getting a prescription. I called and asked if they were absolutely certain I didn't have a copay (or any surprise bills) and they broke down each of the charges and deductions so I could better understand. Thank you for helping this insurance-illiterate better understand the process!

When I was given a script from my dermatologist for Retin-A I went to fill it at my local CVS as I normally do. They wanted $250! I called my DR and they recommended this pharmacy. I never write review guys but when I saw the awful reviews online I had to share. When I called Carepoint it was easy and the CSR was friendly and told me my cost would be $75. WOW. Great savings. They also FedEx'd my order in 1-2 days FREE of charge. It got better-- I just called again to refill and they told me there was a new savings and my copay was $35. I almost argued with the man and told him, wait, I paid $75 BEFORE. He kindly let me know that there is a new coupon out that they applied and my cost would really be $35, really! AND they shipped it to me FedEx , 1-2 days, for FREE. AMAZING. Thanks Carepoint! Customer for life!!!

This pharmacy was referred to us by my daughter's dermatologist. It has very good price on some of the very expensive drugs. What I am very surprised is their customer service. They took back a medicine we ordered by mistake. Although it took us several calls but they are very nice to take it back eventually and give us a refund. Manny is the manger who handled it and we want to say a BIG THANK YOU to him. This pharmacy really cares and we will use them again with no hesitate.

After using Carepoint for 5-6 years now, I can say this: the Pharmacists are *super* sweet and helpful. They are the only real highlight of the company, IMO. The website is really difficult to navigate...they used to have a patient portal that was desktop-friendly but now they have a "patient app" that is no longer desktop-friendly. It's also actually not an App that is Apple/Google certified (meaning on the market place as a download) but is a mobile-first site that's pretty garbage to register for and navigate. The registration prompts for the "app" are not clear and I fear for anyone that isn't tech savvy to navigate this process. It's a shame, really. A certified App experience would have been the way to go since there is SO much competition in healthcare/Rx. Meaning, if I am put off by this experience, I am likely to take my Rx elsewhere. Come on, Carepoint!

I hate to give such a low rating due to the fact I raved about carepoint for the longest. Over the past year it’s becoming more and more difficult to have my order processed timely. They no longer keep my medication in stock “ bc the number of prescriptions received is too low to keep in stock” the price is still the best but having to wait over a week and lack of communication as to what’s going on with my refill is unacceptable. Sadly I will be transferring my prescription and paying an extra $20 but for the convenience I have to. I’ve had to call multiple times thankfully the last rep was willing to go look for my order and call me back with a tracking number it’s been 8 days and it’s just now being shipped which I still have to wait 2 more days to receive it

Never received my prescriptions. Called after having to find their number online and told you only have 14 days to file a claim. I was sent a text about the shipment on the 18th and called today. Told her I would have to make another co-pay to get the medication’s Completely ridiculous. I agree with other reviews stay away.

Absolutely horrible. They send tracking numbers but medications never show up. Then when you call to ask about it they have LOTS of excuses about ice packs, or packaging and then tell you when it will be shipped but you have to call them numerous times to make sure they actually do it. Do not use this pharmacy unless you have no other option. I have been waiting for 10 days for a refill.

They suck, plain and simple... I was told by my dermatologist that my medicines would be filled by this pharmacy and thought it would be cool because of the convenience of getting product shipped to my door. My first prescription fill arrived within 2 days of the order and everything was cool... that is until it was time for me to refill... I placed my refill order on 7/1, my bank account was debited on 7/5 and here it is almost August and I still have only received 1 of the 2 products that I refilled. The product I filled on 7/1 was not shipped until 7/10 and FedEx said it was delivered but I never got it. Then I had a back and forth with Carepoint about whether or not I got the product and they eventually reshipped the product and requested signature confirmation... I received the package on 7/23 but only one product was in the box. I informed Carepoint of the error and was told the second product would be shipped to me but still have not received it... I'm frustrated and most importantly I'm running out of the medicine that I need.. Once I finally get my second medication I will be speaking with my doctor about getting my medicines filled at a brick and mortar pharmacy instead to avoid this horrible process...

Received text message to fill prescription. Completed the form and waited to get verification it shipped. Nothing! Waited a day then completed the form texted to me again. Still no verification it shipped. Waited another 2 days just in case the prescriptions shipped. Nothing. Called Care Point and the rep acted like I was filling the prescriptions for the 1st time. I told her I already completed the form... when will it ship. She asks a 1000 questions for info they should already have and tells me I should receive my prescriptions in 3 to 5 days. What about the 3 to 5 days we already waited?!?!

If I could leave zero stars I would. this place is the absolute WORST from long wait times on the phone to customer service to actual product delivery. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else to pick up your prescription. Every time you speak to someone you get a different story. One person says they will take back the medication and refund you next person says not true. I was quoted a price by an employee and the manager told me I was wrong, not sure how you can tell someone they weren't told something. They do not care about the consumer/patient. They told me their pharmacists use their discretion with dispensing medications as they were previously audited. The proper way to dispense a medication is how it is prescribed by the prescribing provider. Not to willy nilly let someone pick how much of a medication to prescribe and then charge you 3x what you paid in the past for 1/2 a tube of medication. Will argue with you and take your money and offer no condolences. Will be transferring my pharmacy immediately. Would recommend you do the same.

So unprofessional! This pharmacy was recommended to me by my dermatologist for a lesser copay amount on a prescription for my daughter. When I went in to pick up the med, the place was completely empty and appeared as if someone was either just coming or leaving. I went to the counter, rang the bell, and waited for service. The employee brought my med up, took my debit card for payment, and disappeared behind the wall! She didn't come back for 10-15 minutes, so I rang the bell again, she came up and said, your payment is processing and it'll be a few minutes more...Im sorry, WHAT? Then she left again! Another 10 minutes, I ring the bell again and tell her Im not comfortable with her keeping my card for this length of time and there is no reason it should take so long. She stated she had to enter the info into their parent system and it had to completely process before she could let me go...needless to say I didn't wait around another half hour for a receipt. Told them very politely, their check out process was unprofessional and I wouldn't be back. Ever. The sweet girl at the counter was apologetic, but what kills me the most...the pharmacist was rude and didn't seem to care! Seems sketchy to me. After I left, I reviewed my checking account closely for several days to make sure there weren't any unauthorized charges.

I AGREE with last person who left a review. LIED to me about the price of my son's prescriptions. I was told it was $50. NO! Now they want to charge me OVER $500 for an antibiotic they claim isn't covered by insurance. Doxycycline does NOT cost $500!!!! I asked to speak to a Supervisor and rep REFUSED to transfer me. I hung up and called back - AGAIN refused to let me speak to a Supervisor. LOST OUR BUSINESS! Had the prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy.
The last person who left a review also said they are rude - this is RIGHT! They are RUDE. I made SURE I knew final price of all 8 weeks prior to filling first prescription. I was LIED to about how much it would be - LAST MINUTE! I was supposed to receive by mail YESTERDAY. I called because it NEVER arrived. Today I was told now the charge was MUCH higher! Sure sounds like a SCAM to me, too!

This company is a complete scam. I paid $75 for a prescription, and received no receipt, confirmation or any form of acknowledgment. That was a week ago. Today I call asking why it hasn’t arrived and they said “oh, we refunded that $75.” They couldn’t say why the refunded it, just that I’d see it soon. And again, he couldn’t provide any receipt or confirmation of any kind. Will be reporting to my credit card company in 24 hrs if this isn’t resolved.

I am pretty shocked with how terrible this place is. For starters the prices are astronomicallly higher than anywhere else I have ever been. My dermatologist sent a prescription here and she told me it would not be more than $75. Well, I get the call from a very rude girl calling to tell me it will be $655! What? It is a basic topical cream for adult acne, there is no way. I prod her on the price asking if there are any discounts, she said if my insurance denies it, they will make it $35! I asked how they could make it so cheap, she said that they make more money off of people who do not have insurance! What???? Are you serious? I didn’t even want to give them my insurance info at this point so I called my dermatologist. She was so shocked herself that they would charge that much so she compounded it her self in the office for $66.

This place is a total rip off, if your healthcare professional send anything here, request that they send it elsewhere. Total scam!

My dermatologist recommended me this pharmacy and told me I was going to get my antibiotics within 1 or 2 days. It’s been a week and I haven’t received anything. I keep calling to ask what’s going on and they always tell “it’s going to arrive not later than today”
