Craig catered our SEC Championship party and all we got was rave reviews, especially about the brisket! Would highly recommend him for any occasion.

In my first time in his shop I found Craig to be extremely friendly and inviting. I could tell right away that he had huge passion for what he does! I watched and listened as he helped a customer with a pellet grill. His experience and knowledge really came out as he explained what to look for when using it. As he shifted his attention to me and I began to explain what I was looking for in a rub and mop sauce, he said "I know just what you're looking for" with the best smile! Before we were done, he had made several recommendations that were super helpful and even invited me to an upcoming event. This is a shop you can feel comfortable in even if you're a beginner. I already have plans to go back and will support Craig as long as he decides to be in the BBQ Biz. Thanks Craig!

Purchasing my PK 360 Grill from Playing with Fire was an awesome experience! For me, the experience of the purchase is just as important as the quality of the product, and I really felt like I was in good hands. This was a birthday surprise from my wife and kids, and Craig really helped make this happen. I have followed him for a number of years on social media, and I know that he is a heavy-hitter when it comes to his knowledge of smoking and grilling. The owner is great, I can't recommend this place enough. He directed me to the grill/smoker I purchased (PK 360) and it has been EXCELLENT. Also, his recommendations for different rubs, and fuel have been great. In general, it is a pleasure to shop there and the owner is very knowledge and gives good advice on what to use.

THERE IS NO WAY a business could have all 5 stars... and then I went there... I understand why! It was an AMAZING experience to say the least! I walked in looking for a specific product and the owner filled me in on the product and more! He really knows his stuff, and isn't selling for the sell! Holy smokes what a fantastic store. Craig has a special spot here with some of the best smokers, meats and grilling equipment in the business. That man knows a thing or two about a thing or two too. He can help your grilling game flourish!

Oh yeah, this my new favorite place. Stopped by looking for a large grill grate. I was expecting high prices but the prices were actually lower than ACE and even the BGE shop! Fully stocked with all the lump charcoal varieties and seasonings... and on top of that - they have a meat fridge with Wagyu beef and heritage pork. Wish I found this place sooner just for the meat fridge.

Went here for the first time recently and I'm glad to have it nearby! So much better than going to any mainstream store for BBQ supplies. I was also surprised to see they have a decent selection of meats that are imported from Texas. Awesome place!

Fantastic store. The owner is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I can’t recommend this store enough. They have a loyalty card for charcoal too which is pretty nice. Everything I have gotten there has been top quality.

Picked up some egg-ccessories for my big green egg, some jealous devil charcoal, a few new bbq rubs to try out, and the prize of the trip...a wagyu tri-tip. Craig and his wife were super helpful and the store is awesome. Great selection of everything BBQ.
