La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Savannah Midtown

This place has bed bugs, please don't go near this place. This place should be closed. It's disgusting and everything is run down. I haven't received my refund and I will keep bashing them, until I do. I'm back home and while writing this. I'm washing all my clothes, I sprayed the suit cases with bed bug spray. Please avoid this place.

The staff made it worth the stay. Vk went out of his way few different times to make me feel like he really cared

Very Respectful Staff.
The only thing I would like to see better is there morning coffee standards. Should be able to get coffee anytime of the hour. Coffee doesn't start until 6:00 a.m. I checked out at 5:30 a.m. and couldn't even get a cup of coffee ☕.

We had a lovely stay. No issues except some sketchy people walking around the premises just becareful and make sure your car is locked and check out whos around you. the place was clean and had a breakfast in the morning. TV, coffee, fridge and microwave in bedrooms, also a table and a little closet, the bathroom area was spacious. I would stay there again.

Don't, just don't, what a dump. We checked in, looked at the room, then promptly got out of there.

Wonderful place to travel, great pool, hot water, pressure and a nice comfortable bed. If you check out the suites there even better much more space for a party more than four I love this place.

We arrived 5 minutes after reserving online and they hadn't received it yet. Alicia was extremely nice and made us feel welcome. The start was good a little outdated but comfortable bed with cold air hit the spot. The next morning when getting ready to leave my son stepped outside to smoke on the balcony and his 10 mo old son shut the door,locking himself inside. My sister and I ran to the front desk and was met with Veronica who was attending to the breakfast. When I frantically explained what happened, she did not hesitate she asked what room # and took off like a flash. Beat us there and had it him out. Overall great experience. Excellent employees. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Alicia is the definition of hospitality. When I arrived, I was greeted with a big smile and kindness!! This hotel has a very good vibe. My room was so clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds. Super convenient parking. Great location to check out Savannah! Thank you so much!

If you want a kid friendly and pet friendly place this is where you want to stay! They make you feel so welcome and right at home. The staff here are super awesome! From getting a bug out the pool for my kids so they would get in the pool to , the extra bars of “ LEGO shaped soap “ my kids loved. Some of the comfortable beds and very clean and the prices aren’t bad at all. I will definitely be coming back for our next getaway!!

We stayed here Christmas weekend and everything was great. We were checked in quickly by a very friendly front desk clerk. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was clean, bathroom was clean, and very well stocked. We had the continental breakfast one morning and there was a good selection of food to choose from. We even brought our dog, since the hotel is pet friendly. There was a place to take her to go to the bathroom with bags available and a waste bin. Had very hot water, even took a hot bath twice. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel and it was adequately priced. Will stay here again.

Great energy from the moment you walk into the doors. The front desk clerks are always awesome especially Tam, she is always pleasant and welcoming. The room was newly remodeled with hardwood flooring and comfy bedding. All in all great stay for a budget friendly vacation.

Customer Service Provided by the Front Desk (Tam) and the GM (Tesh) has been excellent. We had to move reservations, had problems with prepaid rooms, etc. They handled it all with flying colors, got our crews (3 rooms) checked in, and straightened everything out after the fact.
A job well done by both of these team members.

Stayed with the intention of short term. These people were so accommodating. Due to covid 19 plans for the apartment were placed on hold because of lay offs. Thank god for this extended stay package! I would have been sleeping in the car with two dogs in the middle of a deadly pandemic.
Room was ideal and affordable. Staff was friendly. Above all they understood my situation. I stayed for nearly 9 months for less than the cost of a studio apartment. Best part... location!!! Central to all the gem spots in town!

The room was clean the bed was comfortable the area was quiet the room was affordable. Boyfriend Booked it threw booking dot com ... I would recommend this hotel for the price in for it being close to the historical district.. the continental breakfast was great .. waffles/muffins and danish assortment .. coffee is strong and good .. I’m sure weekend rate is a little more. But we’re enjoying our stay yesterday and today. Check in is at 3 pm and a 11 or 12 check out ...

Clean and safe. Staff was always very friendly. Parking is somewhat limited, but you can make due. Pool is clean, but somewhat small for the size of the hotel. Also, the breakfast is pretty limited, and their breakfast area is not NEARLY big enough for the number of guests they have. I'm glad our room was right above, because there was never any seating, and there was always a huge line. They ran out of stuff for the breakfast each day we were there as well (one day no butter, next day no bananas, next day no eggs, etc). Gave it 5 stars based on the quality of the room and the employee friendliness.

I visited this hotel this past weekend on 6805 Abercorn Street in Savannah, GA. The service was absolutely amazing and I would like to give a big thanks to the staff.

Ramona (Front Desk) - Provided great customer service with getting my room corrected and just the overall kindness of her spirit and willing to help. I also saw her during check-out and continued to provide awesome service.

Elizabeth (Housekeeping supervisor) - She was present at check-in and assisting Ramona in the lobby. She was very friendly and provided great service. I was not able to find my room after two tries so she took time from her evening to escort me to the room. I really appreciated that.

Veronica - Before I checked-out, Veronica was over helping with breakfast and was absolutely AMAZING! Her spirit and personality is unsurpassed and she represents the hotel VERY WELL. She takes pride in what she does for La Quinta and wanted to hands down compliment her for her AWESOME service.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and staff to anyone in the Savannah area.

Nice clean rooms, were a little dated but 5 out of 5 stars are for cleanliness. Room was comfortable all the extras were there and branded. the coffee pot could be better but it's not a deal breaker for me! Will stay again.

I'm giving this hotel a full 5 stars because it was the most pleasant experience I had on our very long road trip. It was clean, the rooms were large, the beds comfy, and the staff was wonderfully friendly and check in was a breeze. No issues splitting the cost of our 2 rooms and no issues paying cash for one of them. The price was excellent, great budget hotel, was surprised at how low the cost was for the size of the rooms and it being nice. Breakfast was acceptable as well and they actually had decent coffee. Need a budget hotel in savanah? I would go here every time.
