Courtyard by Marriott Savannah Midtown

My stay at Marriott Savannah Midtown was really nice. Front desk rep Jordan was absolutely amazing. Her customer service and attentiveness was second to none it gave 8am and I checked in around 9:30pm! And BIG SHOUT OUT to Tasha! I believe she may have been the manager she was very appreciative of the feedback and enjoys giving incentives to her employees for doing a great job. She even gave me an incentive 😁! Because her hotel didn’t have the dinner items we ordered last night…she gave us breakfast for free! Thank you Tasha for giving us a reason to continue staying at your location. I see where your employees get the spirit of excellence from.

Great hotel for a soccer tournament in Savannah. Pool in thr center has a Melrose Place vibe, some balconies look out onto the pool. Bar located in the lobby, which was fantastic. Lots of big TVs for sports.

This is the Courtyard Marriott you’ll want to stay at if you’re visiting Savannah. Firstly, the beds are super comfortable! We had to fight to wake up every morning because we didn’t want to get out of the beds 😂 the staff is also nice and very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure our large family had a comfortable stay with everything we needed for our family reunion. The hotel itself is well located near a mall and around lots of delicious restaurants that offer a variety of cuisines. The hotel’s strategic location makes it easy to explore Savannah, while still being tucked away from the main road so you don’t have to worry about hearing loud street noise. Don’t hesitate to book your stay at this hotel!

This was by far one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly polite and ready to accommodate any need. They greeted us happily with smiles each time we crossed paths. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. I felt safer than I do at most hotels because the side doors were actually locked at all times, and even the front entrance was locked after hours.

I was so impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. Ground level has a walk out door to your own little patio. The pool was clean. The whole property was clean. No trash laying around. We'll stay again if we come back..

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very professional and the hotel was nice and well kept. Cleanliness was acceptional and the service at The Bistro was excellent! Delicious food and drinks! They have nice lounge areas in the lobby and a huge pool as well! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Savannah! 🤙👌

Great job folks, this was so far the cleanest hotel I entered in the last 6-7 years.
We stay at reputable hotels that aren’t cheap but standard of cleaning is going downhill.
I came expecting another mess and I was shocked how the hotel and our room was sparkling clean to the point I didn’t even bother to sanitize anything- I trusted!
I don’t remember when was the last time I felt so comfortable staying at the hotel.
We stayed at the eighth floor and only for one night but I wanted to praise you for respecting your guests and giving them what they pay for instead of traumatizing them with dirty rooms and bathrooms as many hotels do nowadays.
The front desk ladies were extremely kind and welcoming. Thank you so much. I really appreciated you!

The gentlemen who checked me in was super nice and actually answered any question I had. The room was clean and I loved the safety latch on the balcony doors. It's probably protocol, but my 7 year old went straight for the doors and was stunned when he couldn't open it, but I was highly impressed!! The location was convenient and the parking was hassle free with doors on all sides that take your key card to get it. I feel completely comfortable recommending this place to my clients and will definitely stay again.

First hotel on my trip that was great! Most seem to have settled into the post-covid "we have staffing issues so our quality is garbage but we're still charging 50% more" mindset. Everything was clean, quiet, parking was convenient. The only thing that was disappointing was $7 to do laundry.

In a busy area , but secluded at the same time. No problems parking, but you get charged 10 daily.
Rooms are clean, no continental breakfast.
Private balcony.
Front desk receptionists and housekeeping are pleasant and friendly.
Overall very satisfying experience, will definitely go back again.

Courtyard by Marriott Savannah was a great stay for a brief getaway. The staff were friendly and courteous. The facilities were clean, the lobby was renovated and nice. Rooms were a little older but comfortable and clean. Would be a great choice. I would stay again.

This was a very pleasant experience!!! Do not read into the bad reviews. Our room was clean and the staff was kind and courteous. The balcony was big and had chairs and a table. The only difficult thing location wise, which isn't a big deal, is that when heading towards downtown, you have to do a U-turn and it can be difficult at times. But for the price, you really can't go wrong. Highly recommend! And to save money, download the Marriott Bonvoy app and become a member... You'll get a member exclusive rate. My cost was $518 for 4 nights. I was charged $600 at check in for $80 in "incidentals" but got that back yesterday. Just keep that in mind if you're on a tight budget.

Flew in this weekend to see our son. We were exhausted by the time we reached our hotel. We were welcomed to an awesome room with mini fridge, microwave, and two amazing beds! My wife and I have never slept in separate beds, but these were so comfortable, that we weren't sharing with each other!

The staff here are very helpful. They fenced all of our out-of-town questions with smiles and patience. They offered great advice as to what to see, where to eat, and where to shop while we were here. Everyone we passed by while here always greeted us and welcomed us. Great hospitality!

The facility is beautiful. Well-maintained, clean and there were many place in the lobby you that were private enough to just sit and enjoy hanging out for awhile. The only place we didn't get to explore this time here was the pool.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway and truly enjoyed my stay here. Check in was quick and easy. The rooms/bathroom were super clean and parking was spacious. Its about a 15-20 minute drive from river front but not far at all for you to enjoy all that savannah has to offer. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This is our second time staying here and Tasha really went above an beyond for us! She gave us a little snack and water bag for our son after learning we have a long trip home tomorrow and even sent up linens for the pull out couch without us even asking!! She is super sweet and hospitable! We will definitely stay here again. The hotel is clean, in a good area and has balconies!

Me and my kids love every inch of our room including the balcony that led into the pool area. The staff was very nice and courteous. We will be booking again for another hot enjoyment day. A great place to do a staycation!

Courtyard by Marriott properties are always my go-to place to stay all across the country. Rooms are always clean, lots of pillows, and the courtyard fire pits are a favorite of mine to sit out late tonight and read

I basically lived at this hotel on and off for 3 months because of my work on the local military installation. The customer service was always amazing. The rooms were always spotless and comfortable. I even decided to try the hotel breakfast service once or twice and their food was as amazing as the wine selection they serve at night. Most of my interactions were with two amazing front desk attendants named Carrol and Jasmine but everyone I dealt with was truly amazing and friendly.

Amazing location. Next to everything!!!!! Staff were amazing and respectful of service animals. Clean location and even has a Starbucks inside the lobby.

Best customer service that I’ve received in a long time. For that reason alone, I give this location 5 Stars. Tasha at the front desk… Amazing service, great attitude, it’s obvious that she loves her job. You rarely see that anymore…
