Uncle Jeds is the last stop shop for Pigeon Mtn, the last free range between Georgiaa and Alabama that's public land. Good spot and great ppl. Hope they got some bacon bc I got a fresh deer and an appetite.

Spotted their sign promising the best fried bologna sandwich as friends and I went Jeeping in the WMA. Couldn't resist testing their claim on our way out. The bologna slice was a good 1/2" thick and fried to perfection. Add some mayo and tomato to the bun and I can confirm, it was the best fried bologna sandwich I've had that I didn't make myself.

Note: if you need to use their restroom, it's a long walk around the building and a fence to get there. Make the trip and you'll be rewarded with a cute puppy and older doggo in an adjacent fenced yard.
