Dillard's

I felt the need to share this. Since Savannah Mall Closed, customers are under the impression that Dillards Department Store close too. But Dillards’s although is attached to the mall, it owns its own building. I don’t know when they are going to bring back the mall, but I know Dillards still open and is doing good business.

I love that Dillards is a high end one stop store. Been a smaller store it only has Lancôme, Estée Lauder beauty counters. Then you have the shoes department (men, women and kids). It has its own area for suits and the men department is huge. It has children clothes, women clothes.Then the home department! Right now they have the holiday trees in display! Moreover, my favorite areas accessories and Fragrance area! Last but not least designer handbags and eye glasses. I love the sunglasses. I needed here in Savannah. All recognize brands. But, just know that they don’t sell celebrity brands!

Customer service is great too. If I want the latest brands or if I have a special occasion to go to, this is my store where I shop. I don’t have time to drive every where trying to find what I need. Everything I can find it in there. I’m obsess with Dillards!

Also, no one will imagine that they also have a beauty salon in the second level. I’m telling you that is a one stop store.

This is not a discounted store, but Make sure you stay up to date when the place their brand merchandise at 45 or 65 percent off! Seasonal! I bought so many shoes when they were on sale! They were like $35 Dillards’s for a designer’s pair of shoes.

And since now I live in Savannah I need bathing suits and beach items. When the season comes you will find gorgeous bathing suits and towels in there too!

My daughter “(had) to go to Dillards” to get a dress for her first dance. I thought this mall was dead besides Bass Pro Shop (who can survive anywhere here in the South). I was super surprised about how many options they had for her and how organized (clean too) the place was. Super inexpensive too!!! Kinda made me mad though, women/girls have so many more options than any men’s section I have ever seen. I guess I could expand my options but I enjoy the pronoun I was born with so I will just have to survive potentially “twinning” with some other dudes.

I took my daughter here to purchase a Prom dress. Being a Dad I know nothing about women’s dresses and it was shaping up to be a stressful afternoon for both of us. Enter Margarita, she was amazing! She helped my daughter shop and try on the dresses (there were many). Margarita was friendly and knowledgeable and she put a smile on my little girl’s face!

Note to Dillards…never let Margarita go! She exemplifies what good customer service is all about!!

I love Dillards and I really love this one in particular. Every time I go, I manage to find some thing that I absolutely love and the workers are super helpful. One of the men who worked in the shoe department helped me out by finding a different pair of shoes that fit, and were similar to the ones I was really wanting and I actually love more. I always look forward to coming here and shopping around, especially for the clearance.

Margarita and Lucy in the perfume/makeup section are simply amazing! My friend and I had the best time talking with those ladies and trying on new perfumes, makeup, and skincare products! They were so helpful and personable 💞

They always have what I am looking for. Items can be pricey, but items are quality enough to justify prices. It’s also clean and customer service is great at this location. I hope this location stays open.

Best place to find clothes for the older women. Good sales on home goods.

Excellent selections, especially for children's clothes. The quality is well-defined and the price is affordable.

Macon store has much more selection than our Savannah store.

We went prom shopping for my twins today, Anderson was amazing he brought multiple choices laid them out, he was on it tie, socks, belt, shirt, jacket, pants, and he took us to the shoe department to ask for their expertise. Anderson made it a great experience! Best service we have ever received at Dillards or any other store! My daughter did not find a dress sadly and when we asked a lady in the women’s department for help to find prom dresses we were pointed in a direction, and the lady walked away, We found her dress at David Bridals.

Normally I don’t do these reviews unless two reasons. One, I had a bad experience or two, I had a really AMAZING experience. Yesterday, I visited Dillard’s in Savannah Mall and I came across an employee by the name of “Jimmy” while I was looking through sunglasses. Even though, I didn’t purchase any sunglasses, I want to take the time to makes this review about the employee. When I tell you this man was so professional, energetic and well updated on his knowledge of fashion and trends that it blew my mind. He was very comical as well and it seem like I knew this man for years. He offered a lot of advice and suggested a lot of things too. Overall, my experience was impeccable honestly because of Jimmy and as I stated I will definitely be back to personally shop with my new personal shopper friend Jimmy. If ever you shopping in Savannah Mall, stop through Dillard’s and ask for Jimmy and experience him for yourself! Dillard you done a fine job with this employee, he definitely deserves a promotion.

Great women's selection for dressy clothing.

AJ in the men’s shoe department is a gem!
He not only helped my son find the right shoes for an upcoming wedding but also helped him match a belt and measured him for a dress shirt. He took such care to make sure we had all we needed. I watched as he interacted with other customers and he treated everyone with that same superb customer service and kindness. This type of attention is something you don’t find in department stores anymore. To be treated so well was a blessing. We will definitely be back with my husband to have him fitted for a suit and shoes.

Dillard’s, I love your store because it’s always clean and well stocked without looking crowded but sometimes the customer service is lacking.
AJ is the shining example for all employees!

The manager and customer service was excellent. We were in a pickle with some returns that were done later than the policy but they were all helpful nonetheless. Really nice and professional staff. Thank you!

DONT LET THIS PLACE CLOSE!!!! Everyone here was so amazing I feel like we were, in some beautiful dream the only people there. And everyone was so accommodating and kind THANK YOU!!! we really enjoyed all of you.
