I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and mentioned my check engine light turned on. They were able to complete my oil change and fix the issue that was causing the check engine light to be on in the same day. The process was super easy and the staff were kind and fun to talk with. I wasn’t talked into buying anything extra, just quickly educated on what was recommended for the number of miles on my car. The facility inside is clean and cozy too! I’ve delt with many dealership/service centers and this location has been by far my favorite one I’ve ever been to. Thanks for the great service!

Service advisor Anthony was very helpful. I was able to get my issue corrected and was not charged for electrical testing because the problem was a battery from Mazda. he also assisted in locating paperwork for an extended warranty that I had purchased at a different Mazda dealer.

I have been using this Russ Darrow dealership for 5 years. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful during that time.

Overall a pleasant experience… Doing something nobody likes to do, getting a car repaired.

Isabella was very pleasant and understanding given I was late 10 minutes. I was offered and took advantage of a free rental to do a quick errand at a local store. Wonderful experience.

Everyone was very nice; led by Chauncey Lovett providing excellent customer service; who worked with me in a service related issue and my car is ridding excellent again.

Anthony, Service Advisor was great! Great customer service, response time and follow up & updates. He made sure he sent me a video of my vehicle and explained everything thoroughly. I've never had that before from a dealership. He even threw in a car wash, most dealerships don't do that comp wash anymore. So that stood out as well. Thanks Russ Darrow Mazda

Awesome service! I was in and out quickly. They send you a video of doing an inspection on your car and tell you what’s wrong and explain it well. It made our decision on how to move forward much easier. The staff were all very nice and helpful. It was a huge benefit to have a free loaner car while they did the work!

It’s great that Mazda stands behind its’s vehicles and takes care of its customers by issuing recalls and vehicle updates!!!!!

Have been servicing with Russ Darrow since I bought my CX-5 from another dealer and they have always been great. This last time I accidentally came for my appointment on the wrong day, Chauncey and the service department was accommodating and I was in and out quickly. Very much appreciated.

I was in the area and noticed I need some air in my front tire. I called ahead to see if I could have someone help me. Adam didnt hesitate to tell me to stop in! As I pulled in, the technician noticed a huge nail in my tire and the tire had pulled away from the rim. He gave me a couple choices to rectify the problem. Because of their kindness and willingness to help, I chose to have Darrow replace the tire. They were fast, professional and efficient. I was in great hands and so thankful. Thanks Darrow, you saved me from a difficult day!

Chauncey was very helpful squeezing me into a very busy schedule for the service department on a Saturday. It turned out an ignition coil failed and that is why my cars speed on the freeway packed with cars/trucks (that rainy, windy day ) dropped suddenly down to 20-25 mph and wouldn’t go any further. Quite the fright. I’ve worked with Chauncey and Anthony before and my car runs like a dream even though it’s ten years old. This was the first problem I have ever had with my 3914 Mazda 6. Thx to everyone!

Their service department was very helpful and didn’t try and force me to agree to any service that my care didn’t need. They were very polite at explaining the situation and were respectful when I turned down service I could wait on that wasn’t critical to my car.

Excellent service here at Mazda of Greenfield. Chauncey, one of the service advisors, was so helpful in answering my questions and getting me set up with a tech to look at an issue that we believe stemmed from my PCM needing an update. Russ Darrow provides excellent service. They’re employees are courteous and helpful and they do a vehicle inspection and notify you if any issues every time they do a maintenance appointment.

I bought my car here 2 years ago and have gotten it serviced here since. The service experience has always been excellent. Making an appointment online is fast and simple, and the experience in person is the same. They will also text you a video of their inspection while you wait so you can see the health of your car for yourself. The customer service training of their staff is top notch and everyone is friendly and welcoming. Easy 5-stars!
