J&J Auto has been keeping our vehicles in running order for years. After dealing with negligence and mishandling from other mechanics and repair shops--including the "sworn by" dealership technicians that insisted they know everything about the vehicle, but couldn't fix the problem--we took our vehicles to J&J and J&J always figures out what was wrong, communicates it with us consistently, and gets the job done!

Joel is full of integrity and is very good at diagnosing car problems. I had an issue with my van where I was told a diagnosis by the dealer where the repairs would cost more than the vehicle was worth. He found that the problem was something different and fixed it for a fraction of what the dealer was telling me. He also fixed my air conditioning. He does outstanding and timely work. A great family run business. Highly recommended.

Mr. Joel explained what was wrong with my vehicle, and also worked with me on costs/budget. I'm not very car savvy so I'm extremely weary about mechanics, but grateful for this learning experience. Brand new to the Woodstock area and needed to find a mechanic to repair my brakes without charging me an arm and a leg. If u wanna pay high dealership cost n up charges for service n the “free” car wash and vacuum. Then yes go to your local dealership, If not. Go to J & J, ASE certified for over 15.

Joel is very knowledgeable and does the best work. Plus his affiliation with Napa auto parts gives you one of the best warranties for parts around. Best parts + plus excellent labor = peace of mind!
