I must say that I had never been into O’Reilly before today. I was frustrated with my experience at Autozone and was actually in tears. I called my father and he recommended that I go to O’Reilly. I called this location and decided to stop in. When I entered the building, I was greeted by the entire staff. I was assisted by Matty, who happened to be the one who answered the phone when I called prior to my arrival. He went out to assess the needs of my vehicle and I essentially purchased a battery with a 3yr warranty. Matty was extremely helpful and even installed the battery for me. Customer service was great! I highly recommend this location!

I have been a long time customer of a different parts store so I have only been to O'Reilly a couple of times. I will say that I was impressed with the store, the inventory, and the helpful knowledge of the staff when I did go. If you are in need of auto parts I would definitely recommend you give this store a try.

I've always been an autozone guy, haven't had much luck anywhere else, but maaaaaaaaaan, this store right here has a solid, SOLID crew and I'll be making this my main store for sure. They have been super helpful every time I've gone and knowledgeable about my vehicles.

I needed some new wipers blades and wasn’t sure of size, type, or brand. Eric; Store Mgr., offered to look up on computer and did so within a very short time. I purchased the Bosch 28” at his recommendation and he even offered to install them on my vehicle…something that has always been a challenge since many manufactures provide an assortment of blade clips for various wiper arms. Within minutes I was on my way home. Differently recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts. Great personal service.

Was owner of acworth muffler shop for 24 yrs. It's hard to find good people. These guy give me the right parts. They turn my rotors. Got me out of more than one jam.and they are honest. I'm in a wheel chair and they bring the stuff out to the car for me!!!

I've been popping into this place from time to time, and near as I can tell, everyone who works there seems to like being there. Super helpful. Inquisitive. One guy last week really went out of his way to be awesome.

I spend multiple thousands of dollars a year on auto parts. As much as I can I try to only go to this Oreilly auto parts as it's my home store and as much as I can I try to only have Zach help me(no offense everyone else). He is always nice, thorough, professional and goes over the top to help.

Great customer service from Kevin! I showed up Sunday night 10 min before closing trying to get a part for a friend who broke down. Kevin was already pulling parts and trying to come up with a solution when I walked in(I had called ahead.) We found the right part after I figured out the proper name. Even though it was closing time Kevin remained friendly and helpful. O’Reilly’s was also the only place open till 9PM! I was looking for a good auto parts store since I moved down from Canton a year ago and know I have found the one I will be using from now on.

Great experience. Counter guys are friendly and helpful. Tip: take advantage of online discounts, by ordering online ahead of time, then picking up in the store.

The team was extra attentive to my needs, they were able to look into the properties of the hydraulic oil and point me into direction of the correct hydrostatic oil I needed. It turns out, their hydrostatic oil is cheaper than anywhere else.

I didn't get the guys name that helped us but he was great! We ended up spending over $200.00 but we got everything we needed and one of the items the didn't have he ordered an it was at the store the next morning.
