We came in with a repair and the staff at Harkleroad was super helpful. We also wanted to get a ring that represented our daughter which wasn’t the easiest task. I left my wedding rings to be resized. It's a beautiful store with friendly employees. They texted me a day early to tell me my rings were ready. They fit perfectly! I decided to leave another ring there to be resized and have the tips and prongs repaired. 😊

We had a wonderful experience overall & LOVE the finished product. I had my original asscher cut engagement ring reset into a unique art deco design. I was able to show them the desired outcome and is it perfect!

Wonderful staff and beautiful jewelry pieces! Desiree took the time and effort to speak one-on-one with my eight year old and teach him about different gemstones. Even to go so far as to show him some loose stones and patiently answer his countless questions. I have shopped there before and I will definitely be back! Brought my ring in due to another jeweler company replacing my stones with a different colored stone instead of placing the original stones (black onyx). Denise was phenomenal and helped me with everything. She was very thorough and understanding. The price was phenomenal and when I picked up my ring, I could have cried. It was beautiful and the stones were black again. I felt confident and content again with my wedding bands.

I took my wedding rings in looking to either have my diamond rest or a custom re-deign done. Griffin helped me look at some different option and helped me design a custom setting using my original stones. It is an incredibly special piece! I think I was in shock seeing it and in disbelief that it’s actually mine. Griffin was so patient with me and took the time to make sure I was going to love my new ring. I am so glad we did the custom route, it makes me so happy to have such a unique and one of a kind ring! I am so impressed with how quickly it was done and the quality! It’s more then I could have ever hoped for!

My husband and I were visiting from out of town for our anniversary… and we decided to get an anniversary ring while we were there. We shopped everywhere and Harkleroad was by far the best quality and selection. I had a stone and setting that was broken. I waited 10 years to finally fix it. I am so glad I chose this establishment to fix my ring. They did an absolute BEAUTIFUL job and I am so happy to see it finally fixed. I’m also happy that they do everything in house. So you don’t have to wait a longer time or risk it being lost in shipping. The staff is very nice and wonderful, they were a great help with this project. I definitely will be coming back. :)

I got there the engagement ring. I don't know about other guys but I was lost, everything was glowing for me. Haha. All the people that work there helped me, and they all did it woth a huge smile. Very polite, very knowledgeable, and when you ask for their opinion they say the truth!!!

Update: I have the best to say about the cleaning, and also their concern after we purchased the rings, to keep them clean for the wedding. They didn't just finish business with us when they sold the rings and that's important!
