I honestly have to resist the urge to go into this store. They have so many unique items that will set your house apart from others. Their staff is super friendly, especially the manager, Phillip. I hadn't been in the store in some time, and he could even recall my full government name, lol. Now that's customer service! Now that the store is an outlet, customers can get items at a deeper discount. They are the best, and I'm glad BR is where they will remain.

What a find! Walked in on a shopping day and was very impressed with the unique and affordable collection. Specifically want to shout out Phillip: he was so accommodating, cheery, and fun! Highly recommend if you're looking for statement pieces to take your home to the next level.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this store! I find the furniture and artwork very unique, and I actually like that it’s now a clearance center. Love a good deal! The staff is very friendly and helpful. My advice...stop by often, because the good pieces don’t last long and they get new trucks all the time. Can really find some amazing steals.

Z Galleries Outlet in Baton Rouge is THE BEST! There are so many unique, special things in that store. And Philip and his team are so kind and helpful. It’s such fun to shop at Z! .

***UPDATE - February 2021*** This location is now an outlet that sells perfectly imperfect items at deeply discounted prices. You can still order the same, regular Z Gallerie products - that you see on their website - from this location even if they do not currently have what you're looking for in-store. They have beautiful home furnishings; great artwork, mirrors, lamps & chandeliers; an amazing knowledgeable staff and surprisingly affordable prices! Of all the purchases (dozens if not hundreds of purchases) I've made here over the years, I have to say how especially impressed I am with the furniture! All of the "big ticket items" I've bought - going way back to when this place first opened more than a decade ago - still look and feel brand-new, despite all the dogs and cats I have had over the years who have tried their best to sharpen claws on/make their bed on my davenport or on my buffet table. All of my lamps (table and floor) still look great despite being knocked-over multiple times by people and pets. I can go on and on about the high quality of their merchandise here but words only go so far. You have to try their furniture, blankets, pillows, glassware, lamps, mirrors, dinnerware, artwork, home decor, etc to see first hand what I've known for a long time. Their stuff is made to look great forever and endure long enough to be passed down from one generation to the next!

Beautiful beds and furniture available throughout the store that would look great in any home. The staff was amazing and helping me find the styles that I needed to match the colors of my bedroom and the type of mattress and bed that I already own. And I found exactly what I wanted for at what I felt was a very reasonable price for the quality that they sell.
I would recommend anyone looking for beautiful Fine Furniture the tryout Z Gallerie.

I have purchased multiple items, both large and small, and they are very unique. I am very happy with my purchases and highly recommend Z Gallerie. The store manager, Philip, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with great recommendations. All of the staff there are very friendly and helpful as well.

Superb customer service!!! Ray, the sales rep was so kind and informative. He actually came from around the desk to place my well wrapped items in my hand. He was so pleasantly approachable. The store was so inviting, well decorated, clean and tidy. Prices were visible and items were easily accessed. The sales rep rang my items and I forgot to inform him of my coupon he had no qualms nor issues refunding the difference. The store was super busy and he treated me as if I was the only customer in the gallerie. The best Zgallerie experience I ever had since shopping with this company for the past 3 yrs. The young lady Kierra, was just as sweet as well. Kudos to you two. 🥳💯💋👍
