F45 Training City Square Baton Rouge

I’ve been working out here since July and I Love this place. Love the trainers. They are real attentive and helpful. The classes are challenging which I like and I there are plenty morning and evening options so I can pretty much always make it work. I like that there is a class Sunday morning so I get to workout and still make it to church. Another plus is that when I’m away for work I can still do the workouts on the App. This gym is it!

Best workout classes, faculty, and members around. The environment is always uplifting and encouraging no matter your experience. The workouts can seem intimidating, but with the screens guiding and timing you throughout, you are done before you know it. If you are debating trying F45, here's your sign to do it.

Great place for someone who is new to working out or has been working out there whole life. The coaches are really helpful in showing you the exercises while also focusing to help you during the workouts.

The workouts are fantastic! It's great to be able to just show up and the variety and intensity of movements will be covered. Better yet is the community at F45 here: the staff and the people I've met in class are welcoming and encouraging.

Great location with fantastic coaching. If you know anything about F45 you know how efficient this great workout is and this location is no exception. Owner and coaches always make it a point to check in with each member.

Phenomenal gym with GREAT energy and community. The trainers make it a point to help and push you, and the owners truly care about your well-being and goals. Clearly, they're in a league of their own, especially when it comes to studio gyms!

The team at F45 City Square is amazing. The staff welcomes you in with a smile and the trainers are there to motivate you through the full workout.

If you are ever in Baton Rouge and need a great workout in a clean and safe setting, stop in at the City Square location. Beau and his team do a great job. Go check them out.

Fantastic workout...different every day. As a guy who doesn't want to have to think about what to do, I can show up and do the prepared workout with personal training interaction. Win-win!!

What sets this place apart from other boutique-style fitness studios, besides the killer workouts provided daily, is the true sense of community and camaraderie felt from the staff and other members. Only open for 2 weeks before the COVID-19 shutdown, the owners and trainers completely changed their model and adapted to virtual classes and daily-provided workouts/fitness challenges to keep members actively engaged and pushing towards our goals. I cannot thank them enough for what they have provided me during these uncertain times!!
