Don't even try to research skate shops in Savannah. You won't find a better place with helpful employees and a better price point. I took my ten year old for a custom build and he was so happy it made my heart flutter! He got a Santa Cruz with Thrasher grip tap and even a minute Tech Deck all for $130. Clockwork on Broughton had maybe a total of maybe 10 different boards and a condescending sh@&head for an employee.

Last weekend I took my son to the store located in the Oglethorpe mall to check it out and pick up some new grip tape. The manager, Jorje, (please forgive if misspelled) had hands down, the BEST customer service skills I've seen in the mall yet. My son is new to skating, and not only did he help with and teach my teen how to keep the board in good shape, he never once missed greeting or assisting another an incoming customer. There was a steady stream of ppl and the shop was a bit understaffed for just a moment. *(I spent 2 years at PacSun, and during these hours there usually isn't a rush expected on these weekdays.)* Not only did he give great service to all in the store, the way he interacted with the oncoming shift employees and others joining in the convo to give my son pointers, was purely awesome! Even validating this mom's choice in music back in my own surf/skate days ha! We left with my son grinning ear to ear, and raving how "awesome" that was. What the employees didn't know, was this was much more than just another experience with a new skater. We recently transplanted due to a military move, and it's been tough. It was our last day to hang out for awhile. The experience set the tone for the rest of our evening which was so much fun! They also gave this mom an amazing Spring Break memory that meant the world. Thank you!

Love this place. Super trendy for my teenagers. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great sales and great selection of apparel, shoes and decks, etc.
