He was recommended by a friend to do my brakes on my '23 KIA Sportage. Not only was he professional and got better brake pads and rotors for my vehicle than what was originally put on there, but he also checked my fluids, which were low, and filled them up for me. He's very knowledgeable, patient, and personable. I let him know that he has a customer for life!! 😃

I am originally from CA and it is very hard finding a descent let alone good mechanic but the stars must’ve aligned for me the day that I found RJ. He set aside time to diagnose the problem, gave me a full service and educated me on what my car can do and also how to to take better care of it going forward. I was referred to RJ by my siste-in-law when I needed a Service B for my Mercedes. He was able to get me in and out quickly and his prices were extremely reasonable. But it wasn't until I had to call on RJ again about a month later that I knew RJ would be the only mechanic I would ever trust with my car. My car's check engine light was flashing and my car started shaking uncontrollably. I went into panic mode because I do a lot of traveling for my job and could not be without my car. I called RJ and just from my description, he pre-diagnosed the problem and was able to squeeze me in and get me out within 2 days. This time frame included fixing other issues that were identified during the diagnosis. He verbally explained to me in detail the other issues and even took the extra step by visually showing me through Google Duo. 5 star service!! I have been going to RJ for the last 4 years. I can't say enough about the great service I get when I bring my car to RJ. He is very knowledgeable, precise, and trustworthy. He always explains in detail what is going on with my car and will even go the extra step by showing me exactly where on my car the issue is. I really appreciate the professionalism from this shop. Each time I took my car to RJ, I was more than satisfied with the customer service, repairs, and repair time. He is a genius at what he does and will explain what's going on with your vehicle to where you can really understand. I have a Jaguar and will only trust RJ with it. Actually, I think RJ knows more about my Jaguar than the Jaguar dealership.
I had a really bad experience with another shop.They let me drive off with incomplete repairs. I was so distraught when I contacted RJ, but he was so professional to explain not only the issue but just general details no one had ever took the time to explain to me about my car. RJ could see how the other shop failed me, and he completed the repair in one day. I can honestly say that since going to RJ, my car has had less repair shop visits.
