Great service! Josh handed everything from getting everything approved with extended warranty coverage, keeping informed and provided a nice loaner while the services were performed. My truck is running like new again and no leaks. Definitely a happy customer and I highly recommend to anyone needing Ford service.

Stacy was outstanding. I traded a Ford f250 with a camper shell for a GMC Denali 2500. She sent videos and photos of the truck that showed every inch of the GMC. I traded on a Saturday and had to return to remove the camper shell on a Tuesday. Stacy and Tyler met me on her day off and solicited help from the service department to help with the project. No doubt I would consider purchasing from Krause Ford in the future. Thanks again Stacy for everything.

I purchased a 2023 Bronco Sport in October. I subsequently had a problem with the lift kit that had been installed prior to me purchasing the vehicle. Warren Bader from Krause Ford picked up my vehicle, took it to Off Road who had installed the lift kit, had it repaired and then dropped it off at my home while I was out of town (my husband was home). I call that REAL service!

I enjoy quick lane the staff is the best all ways willing to help you. The mechanics are friendly and nice. Mr. Mark is my favorite he is so relaxed and laid back. His voice never changes with me, but we do get tickled sometime.

I have to say I was very impressed recently when I missed an appointment taking my mom's car in for a recall. A lady in service called me and made it very convenient for me to reschedule. I appreciate that. Helping an aging parent can be like a full time job and she seemed to understand completely.

Great experience with a Quick lane oil change. I used the drive up/no appointment option and had to wait a little while, but they were faster than the original estimated time, so I was in and out faster than expected. Additionally, they were knowledgeable and professional.

I’ve been to this dealership a couple of times and have worked with Jacob and Rick. Both Service Advisors are fantastic. They treated me well and made me feel like they genuinely cared about me and my experiences. They were welcoming, followed up with me, listened to my concerns, and played instrumental roles in connecting me to the sales management team who could resolve issues I faced with the used vehicle I purchased.

I found this place to be the best Ford dealer I've ever been to. I want you to know that you need to add the app to your smartphone. Make reservations through the app. When you do this, your life becomes less complicated. Nobody will tell you this.

Repaired my car after I had an accident and they did an excellent job. I received updates through text and phone calls. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Best service experience ever! I have been going here for 10 years and Rick Moore is the Service Director I think? Or Manager? Not sure of his title, but I can tell you he makes the experience and always has. Everyone in Service treats me like family and I even look forward to taking my car in for service, because seeing the whole team is always a happy experience. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else, and I even moved to Cartersville and STILL drive all the way to Krause to have my car taken care of. Very trustworthy.
